Seated immediately to a booth but had food or so.e foreign substance on the seat and had hostess move us, she was very understanding and compliant. Had not been to IHOP in about 30 years but food was hot cooked to the way we ordered. Server was great explaining the menu and what we could sub out for other food. Atmosphere was relaxed with mature customers and blended ethnicities.

I typically place my IHOP order over the phone so that it is ready when I arrive. However, on this particular day, it was raining, and I wanted to pick up my food quickly to avoid the weather. I called several times, but no one answered. When I arrived at the restaurant, I observed the associates on the phone, and I called again while standing at the front counter. The phone did not ring at all, which indicates that the calls were not being answered or properly received.

Didnt need to wait, service was friendly, restaurant is very bright and clean. Ordered a 55+ meal. Fish and chips. I was able to sub a salad for the fries. Not sure why the fried fish took so long.

I only go here bc my grandson loves Ihop. Food was just okay. Don't ever order the steak. Its Never cooked right and always Hella dry. I asked for med rare and it came over cooked!

Omg Really bad service. First the was manager was absent so the people working just ignore the people in the lobby. So you just going to have to sit down and hope they aknowledge you. Waitresses are also bus boys. But claim even with no manager they wouldnt have sat the customer in his absence (its not my job Attitude. How you going to get a tip like that. Best you go online and order . Total IDGAF attitude by waitresses. How can you even be compationate if they arent. They deserve the smallest tip allowed. If they had a care i would feel sorry and gave 100 dollar tip. Not this time and it sure wont be a next time here. They even afraid to make eye contact. Let them be broke. I mean that. I am usually understanding but the attitude should have read other reviews. By the way they sit in the corner watching instagram. Will come back again just take picture of no hostess on duty.
