AppleCore’s Bake Shoppe is absolutely amazing! They made a carrot cake for my husband’s birthday (his favorite), and there wasn’t a single piece left at the end of the party—it was that delicious! It quickly became a crowd favorite. We were so impressed that we’ve already ordered my daughter’s first birthday cake from them as well.

They are so easy to work with—responsive, professional, and kind. Aisha is a joy to work with and makes the whole process seamless. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely keep coming back. Love, love, love AppleCore’s Bake Shoppe!

We’ve tried a few gluten-free treats lately and they’ve all been wonderful! I have to give a special shout-out to the owner, Aisha Applewhite. My daughter’s future father-in-law (in Texas) was looking for GF desserts that could be delivered, and Aisha personally dropped off the most delicious lemon pound cake we’ve ever tasted — gluten-free or not. Her personal service was just as impressive as her baking.

We catered food from AppleCore's Bake Shoppe for an event for our members, at two of our locations, and everyone loved it! The most popular items we purchased were the cherry danishes (definitely recommend) and the breakfast burritos (also a great choice)! The bagels and maple pecan muffins were also fantastic. Everything was packed very well, so it was also super easy to pick up the items and transport them. The staff was very kind and ensured we were happy with our selection as well as ensuring we have enough items for everyone. Working with them was a pleasure, and we would definitely recommend them for catering!

Applecores Bake Shoppe is an absolute gem! The taste of everything here is nothing short of amazing, and I love that they offer samples galore so you can try a little of everything before deciding (though trust me, you’ll want it all). What really sets this bakery apart is their incredible attention to detail, especially when it comes to gluten-free options. Whether you’re picking up a single slice of pie or a whole one to share, the quality and flavor are consistently outstanding.

As someone who eats gluten-free, I am beyond thankful to have a bakery like this so close by. It’s rare to find gluten-free treats that are so perfectly made—you’d never know the difference! And the best part is that Applecores also carries regular baked goods, so it’s the perfect spot to satisfy all palates. Applecores Bake Shoppe delivers deliciousness with every bite, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Ordered for a corporate event & everything from ordering to pick up was seamless! They also went an extra step and provided all the necessary cutlery and printed menu for the event which was a great touch. Highly recommend!

The vegan roasted strawberry ice cream was so good!

From the wonderful people who worked in this shop to the desserts the were gone in less than 5 minutes (no kidding) we have a new family favorite place. I encourage all who get a chance to please visit this dessert shop! You will be happy you did! Wishing them all the best in success!

If you haven’t tried AppleCore’s Bake Shoppe pineapple upside-down cake, you’re seriously missing out! This decadent goodness is moist, full of flavor, & perfectly balanced with sweet, tangy pineapples — each bite is like a party in your mouth! Simply delicious 😋
