Just incredible! Went in for vegan donuts and had to exercise all of my willpower to not buy all of the other scrumptious goodies. I got a dozen of the 3 flavors; Almond Joy, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and the Homer Simpson, wow! So much variety, several vegan options (cakes, bread pudding, scones...), and samples to boot. The friendliest staff and owner. I will be glad to go back!

AppleCore’s Bake Shoppe is a gem! Their vegan desserts are amazing — I’ve had the vegan sweet potato cake and the vegan orange cranberry ginger cake. As well as the lemon, and toasted sliced almond cakes, and every one was delicious. My son loved the Santa’s Trash Cookies during the holidays, and I always look forward to their Saturday vegan donuts. The service is warm and welcoming, and the rewards program is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing job with an orange dreamcicle cheesecake for my wife's 40th. Aisha worked with me to help me combine my wife's favorite cake with her favorite flavor to make her day special. The whole family loved the cake just as much as my wife did. The flavor and the presentation was amazing! I highly recommend id your looking for something special, this is the place to go.

We got the Vegan Lemon Raspberry Pound Cake for my wife's birthday. She normally does not prefer this kind of cake, but she recently had to go dairy and soy free, and this was one of the only options in the Howard County area. My wife, and the rest of us were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. We ate it over a whole week, and it was just as good on the last day as one the first. (We just left it in the box for the first three days, and on the third day, it was starting to dry out. We then moved the last few slices into an air-tight container in the refrigerator. We covered the refrigerated slices with wet paper towels and heated them up in the microwave and they came out plenty moist. And I personally thought it was nice served warm.)

Love this shop. The staff is friendly, the coffee is good, and the desserts are delicious - I visit regularly and try something new each time. They have plenty of vegan and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions and a sweet tooth. What more could you ask for from a local bakery? I recently ordered a Sweet Potato Pound Cake to bring for dessert to Thanksgiving, and my family loved it. Highly recommend!

Applecore Bakes delivered an outstanding experience for our Christmas breakfast event. We picked up breakfast burritos and coffee for a warehouse staff of 175. The order was packaged well and ready on time. The food tasted exceptional. The burritos were fresh, seasoned well, and a hit with every employee. The coffee was strong and smooth. Our team talked about how good everything tasted throughout the morning. The entire breakfast was a success. We will use Applecore Bakes again for future events.

Such a cute bakery, and I love how accessible it is to dietary restrictions- that being said it was my first time here today, and wanted to try a few things - a chive bacon biscuit, a banana pudding cheesecake, and a chocolate donut - and they were all delicious!! I can not wait to come back and try more!

Easily the best birthday cake we ever had for our son! There was none left by the end of the party and the flavor was amazing (strawberry with chocolate icing). They also did the perfect amount of decoration for our needs. We will probably be using AppleCore for every dessert we need!

I had a great experience…good amount of plant based desserts. I had a vegan cheesecake and vegan ice cream…so so good.

The only con: small spot with no inside seating or outside seating.

Definitely will visit again when I’m in the area.
