We’ve tried a few gluten-free treats lately and they’ve all been wonderful! I have to give a special shout-out to the owner, Aisha Applewhite. My daughter’s future father-in-law (in Texas) was looking for GF desserts that could be delivered, and Aisha personally dropped off the most delicious lemon pound cake we’ve ever tasted — gluten-free or not. Her personal service was just as impressive as her baking.
We catered food from AppleCore's Bake Shoppe for an event for our members, at two of our locations, and everyone loved it! The most popular items we purchased were the cherry danishes (definitely recommend) and the breakfast burritos (also a great choice)! The bagels and maple pecan muffins were also fantastic. Everything was packed very well, so it was also super easy to pick up the items and transport them. The staff was very kind and ensured we were happy with our selection...
