On one of the most important dinning nights of the year, they did not honor reservations. There was a long line outside of people waiting well over an hr past their reservation time. This also caused the parking lot to be a nightmare. After traveling 40 minutes and waiting an hr, we decided to go somewhere else before it was too late. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Had a reservation for nearly 2 weeks prior and was unable to be seated. On Valentine's Day I had to find another restaurant on short notice and a very busy night in general. Cazbar either didn't utilize their booking system correctly or intentionally overbooked. Many others weren't seated or had to wait over an hour past their reservation time to be seated.

Management truly dropped the ball on Valentine's Day. Had a reservation made in advance. Received text to confirm still wanting reservation... I confirmed. Get there 15 minutes prior. Chaos!!! Line down the sidewalk with everyone having reservations all within same hour. Some had waited 45 minutes. Waited 25 minutes and never get to the check-in desk. I've visited there before and the place is great, so not knocking them other than this night. The never addressed the guest. Totally dropped the ball this particular night. I'm rating this post on that night, which I had no opportunity to rate food, atmosphere, etc.

The reservation for Valentine's Day was a complete disaster. From the parking lot chaos, to the line out the door (looked like people waiting to get to a club), and the quadruple booking of reservations (at least 1 hour wait for a 7:00 pm reservation) was just too much.

Had made 6:30 reservations for Valentines day, also to celebrate a birthday and an engagement a month ago, in middle of January. Our entire party arrived by 6:35 for our 6:30 reservation, only to find a line to see the hostess out the door and the parking lot full with people parking on curbs. As we walk in, fighting through the line to see the hostess, we finally made it to hostess table manned by a clearly overworked and overwhelmed young lady. Upon checking in, we were informed that it will be at least a 30 min wait after our reservation. 30 minutes go by, more people arrive. We go to hostess at 7pm to ask status, only to be told 30 more minutes. Why have reservations of you have no intent on honoring them? Got a sanity check, I checked on Casbars opentable app only to find that the restaurant still had open reservations available for that night! The place was packed. The hostess and man at hostess stand were both rude and purposefully not helpful. We pushed out way out the door, which was FULL of people coming in still! At 7:20pm. Got pizza. Had a wonderful time. Cazbar does not deserve our money. Never going back again! They purposely overbooked their restaurant as a money grab and turned it into a fire safety mob. Should have called the fire marshall!

We gave Asian Palace a try for lunch and had a great experience. The Pick 3 Sushi Lunch Special is not only a great deal but also delicious! I get the Alaskan roll, Spicy Yellowtail, and Veggie Tempura roll with a house salad. All three rolls are so good and the salad dressing is amazing. We have also tried Chicken Satay (the best I have ever had), the Godzilla roll, Spicy Fancy roll and the egg drop soup. All were fantastic. We will be definitely be making this a regular spot!

The communication was horrible. They took my order via phone when we got up there to pick up the food. The doors were locked. We called them just for them to say we decided we’re gonna close for today a waste of time.
We went for happy hour. Great food and excellent service. Can't wait to go back.

We went for a late lunch on New Year's Eve. Food and service were amazing. Our server offered up excellent recommendations for appetizer, meal and drinks. We enjoyed it all. Ambience was also lovely. We will definitely be back.

2nd time going and the experience was just as great as previously. Celebrated my dad's birthday and the belly dancer actually went around to every one's table who had a birthday to sing happy birthday personally. Great touch!
