My 3 year old daughter dropped her pretzel bites just steps away from the store and they refused to replace the order. Maria says that’s the policy the manager told her to follow. What a terrible policy that left my child crying all the way home. There’s business and then there’s just being a decent human being. A terrible experience from a place I typically love.

I went around 6:55 pm, and I wanted a cinnamon pretzel they only had the cinnamon bites. They were already making other pretzels, why couldn't they make a cinnamon pretzel? I feel like they were being lazy about it, they were already shutting down the kitchen, so they can leave at exactly 8pm. Bad customer service, if it's open until 8pm, they should serve the whole menu until then.

It was so unfortunate today to order from one of my favorite places only to be extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium lemonade and two cinnamon sugar pretzels the lemonade was more sour than usual to the point where I could not drink it. I proceeded to call the store to let the employee and/or manager know only for the manager to get extremely rude with me over the phone his tone of voice was very unpleasant unfortunately and Annie's will not be receiving any more of my business.

This place is horrible, I waited for a pretzel dog for 20 minutes, the people who served me had a very bad attitude, and they gave me the inedible raw pretzel dog.
