Horrible customer service from the guy working there. From the start he had an attitude like he was sick of being there and didn't want to interact with anyone. When I ordered I pointed at the thing I wanted from the sign next to the guy and read him the exact name underneath the picture. The guy then proceeds to give me something different. I tell him that's not what I wanted and he starts giving my attitude about how what I wanted isn't called what I said. I told him that that's exactly what the sign says it's called and that I even pointed at it and he just blows me off continuing with the attitude saying he doesn't care what the sign says and that I'm wrong. I excused myself and left.

Came by to grab something new to try. Had the Oreo nuggets, it was delicious. As the gentleman squeezing the icing cream onto the Nuggets , I mentioned to him I don’t want it overly sweet than he stopped after the first round of the icing, his service was very accommodating.

Lady @ the register overcharged me for my pretzels then gave me stale pretzels to try to rush me away from the counter before I could bring it to someone’s attention that she overcharged me for my food.

I gave 2 stars because when the App works I love it but lately have more problems than it's worth. I could NOT redeem on glitchy technology that times out when you get to counter. Called customer service and they would not put another coupon in my account. I had 3 coupons in there and 2 are lost. What is the purpose of accumulating points when you cant use them? You take my money, give me points and then can't access when time comes. Thanks for nothing! I wish I could go back to the days when paper coupons were used. Wasted, time and gas to get here really pissed .

My 3 year old daughter dropped her pretzel bites just steps away from the store and they refused to replace the order. Maria says that’s the policy the manager told her to follow. What a terrible policy that left my child crying all the way home. There’s business and then there’s just being a decent human being. A terrible experience from a place I typically love.

I went around 6:55 pm, and I wanted a cinnamon pretzel they only had the cinnamon bites. They were already making other pretzels, why couldn't they make a cinnamon pretzel? I feel like they were being lazy about it, they were already shutting down the kitchen, so they can leave at exactly 8pm. Bad customer service, if it's open until 8pm, they should serve the whole menu until then.

It was so unfortunate today to order from one of my favorite places only to be extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium lemonade and two cinnamon sugar pretzels the lemonade was more sour than usual to the point where I could not drink it. I proceeded to call the store to let the employee and/or manager know only for the manager to get extremely rude with me over the phone his tone of voice was very unpleasant unfortunately and Annie's will not be receiving any more of my business.
