There were 2 young employees and maybe one drive thru came by. I went inside and the one that helped me was less than excited to have to help but was not rude. I asked about what toppings were available and after explaining what toppings were, he pointed to a box on the counter with 4 dry items. No nuts and when I asked, sliced almonds was all they had he said. I wanted fudge or pineapple but considering his confusion when I asked about toppings I got my 2 scoops and left.

I've been to this Baskin Robbins twice now in two years. Each time the employees were disengaged, disinterested in the customer, as though they didn't want me there. This time not only was the service oddly unwilling in providing service, they had pulled out all the ice cream for "cleaning". When I expressed surprise and disappointment I didn't even get a shrug. It's like zombies work there... I honestly have never felt so unwanted in a place of business. I have no idea they how they stay in business.

This location treats you like you ordering and buying ice cream is a disruption. And slow, and not kinda slow— a long time like they gotta milk the cow first. And I thought BR was know for the amount of flavors. At this spot, maybe you get 2 choices. Truly a joke and kills the whole experience of stopping for ice cream.

Really confused about this business. Refused to scoop any but 2 ice cream flavors on a Saturday evening because they were all “frozen rock solid”. Which I get is annoying but can we implement some process changes so an ice cream place can serve ice cream? Looking forward to eventually being able to come here.

The ice cream is great always but I’ve got to call this store out for having soft ice cream. It is supposed to be served firm - not as a sweet, almost liquid concoction. Looking at the freezer units with easily an inch or more of ice accumulation it’s easy to see the inefficiencies and cause of the softness. Pull the tubs, defrost the freezer and check the temperatures - it’s not any more complicated than that.
The staff is SLOWWWWW. I sit there at the window and watch them aimlessly wander back and forth with no sense of urgency, no efficiency, no idea what they’re doing, and that’s IF they actually have what you order (they often don’t). They run out of the flavor of the month 2-3 weeks in, they rarely have the ingredients to make my favorite item, and often don’t have even the most basic BR flavors. One trip, they were out of chocolate, mint chocolate chip, strawberry cheesecake, cherries jubilee, etc. and one SHOCKING visit in mid-summer on Saturday (mid-day) they had no ice cream at all. None! They said that they were cleaning that part of the store. How is that even possible‽‽‽ it’s like going to MCDonald’s and being told they don’t have any burgers or fries, but they have the rest. I gladly drive 15 minutes farther away to go to the one in Ellicott City on Baltimore National Pike (by The Mint Room) because they always have everything and work efficiently.

This is the slowest DD, I've ever been to. If there are 3 cars at the window it means there are 5 cars hiding in line to order on the other side of the building. 2 stars because orders are usually correct. Ordering ahead on the app does nothing to alleviate this.Also, came here on DD day where you could get a free medium coffe with an order and didn't realize I needed to add it to my order. I asked about it at the window to see if they could toss one in since thats why I came and they wouldn't. I realize this is 100% on me but that little something would have gone a long way.
