The atmosphere is really relaxing. The hospitality could have been better. My partner got a salad and thought i would have either got one too because we are sitting together or asked if i wanted a salad out of respect or appetizer options. But the food made up for the difference. Love the bread and pizza sauce … good job on that…Restaurant is kept clean and organized with many seating. The menu doesn’t have very many options. But the food has great flavor. The parking lot is big also

I normally would have something nice to say about a restaurant but this is not the time. Bertucci's had been a staple in my life and when they closed in the area I was sad. Imagine my joy at seeing there was an actual operating Bertucci's. We had an errand to run in Columbia so we went to the restaurant. We walked in and were met with what I can assume is the manager who was engaged in conversation with a customer. No worries. The restaurant was empty so we were seated and we were looking over the menu. My wife went to the restroom and I sat there looking over the menu. No one came over and offer water, bread or anything. My wife came back from the restroom and still no service. After a few minutes I got up and spoke to a gentleman who was conversing with the same person the manager was talking to when I came in and drinking from his cup. When I asked if there was a server the gentleman said " I'll be there" and went back to talking. I went to the table and sat down. After 2 minut.es I got up and walked out, hungry mad but glad that I didn't wait to give money to a restaurant that didn't want the $150 I was willing to pay. Go where you're appreciated, not tolerated is the lesson here folks.

Our experience at Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant was just okay. The food was decent, but not the best I’ve had. The service was also fine, but it felt like our server was new. After we had already boxed up our food, we had to wait an unusually long time just to get our check, which was frustrating. It definitely put a damper on the meal, and I’d hope for a more efficient experience in the future.

The food was slightly above average, and the service was slow, having only several customers dining during my visit.

I really want to like this place, but over an hour to get it for when we we seated as1 of only 2 groups eating. In that time, not a single refill of drinks. Forgot the salad. Servers disappeared, manager was kind but ineffective. Had to take food on the road after waiting over an hour. But, the saving grace: even dead cold, the food we did receive was delicious.

We really missed our Annapolis Bertucci for years and had the opportunity try our old favorite in Columbia Maryland. I guess you can't go back! Pizza was radically different, but the complimentary dinner rolls and salad still worked for us. The food was served quickly and the waiter was courteous and helpful. We still miss our old favorite!

Every time we go to Bertuccis, we always get a great service, Juan our server was excellent, nice, professional, friendly and lots of patience specially with my husband who loves all the condiments like crushed peppers, parmesan cheese etc for the delicious pepperoni and sausage pizza, on top of that he (husband) loves his soda to be refilled, Juan was attentive to all of our needs while we were dining in. We love it here, is clean, spacious and cozy and with convenient parking spaces!
