The atmosphere is really relaxing. The hospitality could have been better. My partner got a salad and thought i would have either got one too because we are sitting together or asked if i wanted a salad out of respect or appetizer options. But the food made up for the difference. Love the bread and pizza sauce … good job on that…Restaurant is kept clean and organized with many seating. The menu doesn’t have very many options. Our experience at Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant was just okay. The food was decent, but not the best I’ve had. The service was also fine, but it felt like our server was new. After we had already boxed up our food, we had to wait an unusually long time just to get our check, which was frustrating. It definitely put a damper on the meal, and I’d hope for a more efficient experience in the future.
We really missed our Annapolis Bertucci for years and had the opportunity try our old favorite in Columbia Maryland. I guess you can't go back! Pizza was radically different, but the complimentary dinner rolls and salad still worked for us. The food was served quickly and the waiter was courteous and helpful. We still miss our old favorite!
