Blackwall Barn & Lodge Columbia

Blackwall Hitch is an excellent experience - whether for a quick lunch meeting (as was my case on my most recent visit) or an event in the Barn, this location is top notch. I appreciate that not only the servers provide excellent service and make it a personal mission to engage, the management team does as well. As a vegetarian it was also great to have multiple options that I could enjoy. Bravo!!

There were three of us, and we specifically went to enjoy the Monday half-price burgers. They were cooked to perfection, with high-quality meat and fresh toppings — truly some of the best burgers we've had anywhere. We enjoy this restaurant any night of the week for its great menu, reasonable prices, and excellent atmosphere and service. Nick was our server, and he's top-notch! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, thanks to our server (Farrah). We loved the ambience and the food. We can't wait to come back again.

I enjoyed things as usual . We had a waitress that was new, but she did a great job. This time, the manager was bit pushy. I enjoy the place and the food I don't like manager hovering ... This was my 3rd time dining. The other 2 times times managers weren't hovering.

Food was very good, service slow. Soda is served from a can at $4 each which is ridiculous.

Very slow service as the bartender was our waiter. Our soups were salty and served without spoons. Service was verrrrrrrrrry slow, unattentative and lackluster. Main dishes were OK but not superior.

Our first time dining at Blackwall. We loved everything about it. The food was delicious and our server, Eddie was exceptional. We look forward to returning for our next dining experience!

This was our first time dining at Blackwall Barn & Lodge. Our food, drinks, and appetizers were all very delicious! The portions are very generous. We had enough food to take home. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant has taxidermy mountings on the walls with nice furniture and tables beautifully set, table lamps included. Our server Kayla was amazing! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The manager, Jessica was amazing as well and made sure she went to everyone's tables to make sure they were pleased. We definitely will be going back soon!

Cozy setting, great drinks, and our server was amazing! Highly recommend the flaming crab dip, risotto, and the NY Strip. Will definitely rely be returning for another date night!

The service was ok, but slow. We ordered a bottle of wine and the wrong vintage was given (2019 on the menu vs 2022 provided). It was mentioned to the server and manager, but nothing was done to correct it. The pasta was very overcooked. The fries were overly salted.

Our first time visiting here. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely. The ambiance was nice, the noise level was low such that we could have a normal conversation. The drinks and food were amazingly delicious and the portions were plentiful. A good value for the money. A definite repeat for our dining rotation. Will also highly recommend to others.

At $48 per person, time should be taken to mark GF items on the menu. It's a beautiful restaurant, plenty of seating. Nice spread of brunch food for Sunday Brunch.
