Tasha and April were absolutely amazing. If you want the best customer service, go straight to the bar and ask for these two beautiful women. They keep you laughing and spirits high while enjoying a great meal. The food was amazing. My hat off to the chefs and the rest of the great staff that created the amazing entrée.Visit, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I went here for a mom and daughter lunch. The restaurant is lovely. Upscale western. The played country music. My favorite. We were greeted and seated in a booth. The waitress came, greeted us and got our drink orders. I got their delicious peach tea. So good.I ordered a Barn Burger, well done, with fries. Appetizer for me was crab soup. Very tasty. My daughter had the salmon salad. For dessert we shared the Smith Island cake. I give the cake a 5 ++.We were checked on several times. It was a really fun outing. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of or waiter being Noah. Noah is an absolute gem, the food is great and the location is nice, but the service from Noah really helped to elevate our experience to a top level. We will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Next time we dine here I will be sure to ask for Noah again! Keep up the great work!

To expensive for what we got and the service was extremely slow in the beginning. Two entrees (1 pasta and 1 chicken), 1 salad, no alcohol, total was $107. We knew they charged 3% to use credit cards. We did not know they charged per drink, which were ice teas. Total time spent was almost 2 hours.Having experienced BWB I would only recommend if you're going out to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. Food was good and atmosphere is cool but we won't be returning anytime soon.

Last week was my 3rd time visiting Barn & Lodge. I know they were working out a few kinks as any new restaurant is but I have to say this is the best service I have received in a long time. Eddie was so attentive and nice and greeted us with knowledge of the specials, recommendations and was just overall a nice guy. great customer service is hard to come by these days and it was refreshing. I will be back again for the service alone. Thanks Eddie!

Worst entree special ever….the Rockfish. A tiny, thin, unseasoned piece of rockfish served skin side up over a succotash with some colorful sauce. The skin was not crisp at all (so leave it off and definitely don’t serve it skin side up). The succotash had corn, edamame, and diced andouille sausage, but the veg was most definitely frozen and the sausage very salty and clashed with the fish. The sauce was colorful yet flavorless and oily. All in all this was one of the worst entree “specials” I’ve ever eaten, and also the reason I won’t be going back to Blackwall. Didn’t send it back as we were using a gift card so figured it was a wash and wanted to get out of there. This restaurant is borderline better than chains and very overpriced for the lack of quality dishes. There are so many amazing restaurants around this area now to chose from…try one of them and skip Blackwall Barn & Lodge.

Went out for our 23rd wedding anniversary. They'd offered a champagne service, which we declined, so we got a free dessert! Overall a very positive experience, though the use of antlers in the decor was... a bit much. The flatbread oven was broken, so we didn't get to try that.

Everything was good as expected. This was our first time at the Columbia location. Food is great. I just wish to see more sides, meaning green vegetables. Green beans, greens, brussel sprouts, etc....

Just had dinner with my fiancé for the first time here, and it was so delicious. The best part of the experience was the service by our wonderful server, Leah. She made our experience warm and delightful. She explained the menu thoroughly, and made us feel at home! I ordered the NY Strip which was cooked medium to perfection, and my fiancé ordered the short rib flatbread which was equally yummy. We ended the evening with the berry cobbler which either of us barely had room for. The restaurant and ambience itself is so beautiful. We will be back to try the great happy hour deals during the week.

We went to the Blackwell Barn and Lodge tonight. Nothing went well from the moment we got there. We were seated crammed into a corner of the dining room. It took over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. A waitress who was not assigned to our table finally found our waitress. She went over the menu in detail even though we had been waiting all that time and we clearly had already read the menu. I asked about the 2 Chardonnays they had by the glass and she could not answer my question. I ordered one of the glasses and my husband ordered a drink. He also ordered an appetizer. The appetizer came out before our drinks. When we asked where our drinks were, she just said the bar was busy. My husband was finished with his appetizer before the drinks finally came. I ordered the crab cakes for my entree that were barely cooked. They were pale on the outside and cold in the middle. The spinach they were served with was so salty as to be inedible. My husband had the seafood risotto that he said was just ok. They ended up comping our dinner but I would never go back. The menu is not at all creative and they don't even execute it well. The service and the pacing were terrible. On top of all that, there is nowhere to park. There are much better restaurants for their price point.

I met my mom for lunch here. It was my first time but she is on her way to being a regular. Our waiter was Noah and he was great. Our table was wobbly and he tried to fix it. He fixed it enough for us but later the manager came and real fixed it. It was great service and attention to detail.Wednesday is half-price pasta day and both of our dishes were wonderful. We will be back.

A very, very poor customer experience. We waited 15 minutes after being seated to have a waitress greet us. Our simple drink order arrived after our appetizer. My date's crab cakes arrived virtually uncooked — literally they were cold in the middle. Even though they comped both our entries, we won't be back. There are many good choices in Columbia. This isn't one of them.

Thanks Dan for your amazing service today. Food was delicious, and also well done explain to my party. Recommended 100%. We celebrate my son's 26 birthday and also Dan bring the cheese cake with a candle for my son.
