I came into Buffalo wild wings to order one hour before closing. I was told by a heavyset African-American male that I was not allowed to sit in the dining area. There was no ice in the machine when I went to fill up my drink they forgot our fries and they didn’t give us any napkins with the takeout order. My overall experience was a one star due to the attitude of the manager

OK, we’ve been getting poor services consistently at this location and this is the last visit for us. No staff available to take orders or very long waits. They are trying to get rid of the employees and make the customers order everything through their QR code scan and even make you put in your credit card information before you can place an order. How is it any different from online order and that’s not the whole point of dining in at a restaurant.I talked to the waitress who was very polite and helpful, she totally agreed with my point and said the management has decided to choose that route and the employees cannot do anything about it. So it’s all about cost cutting for the management at the expense of customer service.In addition, seems like they are trying to save on dish washing I guess because all the side orders including the carrots and celery are thrown on top of the chicken in the same tray. It used to be on a separate tray before. This place is definitely going downhill and we won’t be visiting ever again.

Awful place. Server was polite. Wings served to us were reheated, almost stale, should have returned the meal. Surprised for that in a Saturday traffic. Had to quote law to pay with cash. Restroom smell was evident so had to change seats...and carpet feels almost never deep cleaned as you can smell unclean odor.

2nd time here. Terrible service again, very inexperienced and ignorant to service etiquette. Bird dog was over cooked. Wings were fine. Kid burger looked a tasted old like it was sitting for a while. Kid food should have came out first. Bartender was sick! Ordered drink that never came so I walked up (he had no customers at the bar) and he was just making it and was sniffing and kept touching his nose. Also had problems in the beginning ordering. Due to having to order online at the table wouldn’t take any of my cards so just end up paying cash which was not a problem. Overall service was the worst. Don’t think I would ever dine in again but would get to go. Came in around 4pm.

So my husband and I went to this restaurant today for the first time for lunch and had the best experience with the bartender and the food. I absolutely LOVE the mushroom and swiss burger. I also love the new payment system. We will definitely be telling our friends about this restaurant and attending it again ourselves.

No paper menus and they refused to seat us at a table that actually seated all of us because the server didn't want to walk 5 extra steps. Too bad, I love their wings.

I ordered on the app and arrived at the time it told me to pick up the order. Then I waited over an hour longer before I finally got the food. For the last 40 minutes they were telling me that half of my order was ready but the other half wasn't. So I can only assume the half that was ready was just sitting there.When I got home, most of the boxes didn't have stickers on them to indicate which sauce was on the wings, and one that did was mislabeled. My partner and I had to guess with trial and error.Also, one of the bags of celery and carrots had a smell that reminded me of urine.It's a shame because B-Dubs used to be something I craved from time to time and looked forward to. But I think I'll give this location a long time to get their act together before getting food from there again.Parking: It's located in a huge parking lot next to a shopping center. I'd be surprised if parking is ever an issue.

Whole place feels like it's stuck in COVID times. Placed a takeout order, was invited to wait in my car. Asked if I could get a notification that food was ready, no, have to come in and check. Waited the 35 minutes I was told and food was cold. Seems like it's just a setup now for Grubhub/Doordash.
