I don't usually go to this BK but I was running late and it is closer to where I live #5 breakfast was terrible bottom of my biscuit was rock hard No syrup with my French toast sticks and NO CREAM OR SUGAR with my coffee.For christ sake at least get the coffee right so busy trying to up charge me for everything and to buy cina minis get my order right first. So next time I'll just keep driving pass this BK
Went there when it was slow, still took 10 minutes to complete the order. The staff seemed confused and incompetent. I saw one of the cooks put something in the microwave for a couple minutes and was hoping it was not my chicken sandwich, Sure enough it was because when I opened up the bun the lettuce and tomato was cooked, and the mayo was liquid. it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a fast-food restaurant. When I showed the cashier, she didn't even seem surprised and instead of offering me a refund she asked if I wanted it remade. I can't believe they are even in business. Worst experience ever eating out by far. They should just close down if they let people like that work there.

Manager was awful. Had a problem with my order & he refused to help fix it. Food was just as bad. Honestly, you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t manage issues!

Whenever I visit this store the manager Karl Chambers is always cheerful, greets with a Welcome to Burger King, and very helpful. Not one time have I've ever seen his store dirty always clean. When I come through the drive-thru he knows it me. His professionalism is perfect I live in Bowie and would come to Columbia Md to get good service and kindness any day. Thank you Mr. Karl Chambers you're the BEST hands down.

By far the best Burger King I have been too. The staff were so nice and the manager was amazing. My food was nice and hot and I got my order fast. Each time I go there I never have a bad experience. My favorite Burger King in the area :)

I didn't have a good experience with this place before, so haven't visited for years. Today, I had some business nearby, and decided to try here again.
Well... I ordered through app for dine in. I waited, but no one called me. After waiting for a long time, I checked how my order was going. Then I found the order they put on the pickup shelf long ago, in front of my eyes, was actually my order.
In other places, if I was waiting at the pickup counter, a staff always checked what I was waiting for and gave my order.
In this place, they don't seem to care at all.
I see this place hasn't changed, so I wouldn't go to this place again.

I rip off parts of my sandwich bc the shit wasn’t tasting right then the fries was warm instead of fresh out like I asked for , they don’t care bout what they serve u they just there to get paid so go to another Burger King

The order was done quickly however I was given an oj instead of a small chees burger. That was corrected b I t the cashier eithe was not trained well or just did not care about my order one way or another. And the crew in the backgrou d did not wear gloves or had had hair nets or hats for proper food service protocol. It will be some time before I visit this Burger King again. I think corperate need to over hall this issue.

Just had a very hard time working the computer screen to place my order. It seemed very insensitive to touch. I had to keep pressing buttons to get the machine to accept my choices. Meanwhile, there was a cashier at the counter just waiting . It was a bit annoying. It wasn't crowded, and she really could have just taken my order.

I only go here if I’m desperate, it’s rare that I get an order right. The employees are too incompetent to even read orders correctly. The BK on Washington Blvd is way better

This is ghetto why would they cut a bun in half with. Sesame seeds and not discuss it with me how u do u know my child eat these kinds of buns then to make it worse i get home a their store phone does even work.
