This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to. The orders are NEVER right. It takes no less than 15 minutes to get your order. Workers are walking around like zombies, rude, and incompetent.

I ordered two orders of mozzarella fries, and one 6-count chicken nugget meal. Simple. 👍 One order of mozzarella fries was hollow, and basically had no cheese. 🤢 The other order had dried out cheese, and tasted/felt like rubber. This is not a Pet Smart! Don’t give me rubber things to chew on. 🙄 🐶 🪀 I always get these mozzarella fries for my family and I from Ellicott City, and they’re always good, we love them, but today was just unacceptable. 😒 As for my chicken nuggies, one of them was yellow in the middle and I could see the crystallization from them being frozen previously. ❄️ Come on man! Step it up, Burger King. It’s seeming a lot like Burger Peasant right now. 😭 🔥🔥🔥

The service is terrible. They serve you food in bags when you go to eat right there in the restaurant, they don't give you trays and they don't allow you to sit wherever you want, it's wherever they say.

Rude staff, slow service. Rolled their eyes when I asked for a honey mustard like I was bothering them, then charged me 33 cents. Never coming back again. What a dump. Two other female employees at the Pizza Hut next door were smoking weed right outside. The whole strip is dirty.

Placed a mobile order and when I got there, there was one car in the drive-thru. After a little while a few more cars pulled into the drive-thru and placed their orders. I was told to wait for them to bring out my order. I saw 3 cars behind me get their orders before me. I waited 15-20 minutes outside in my car for them and no one came out. I proceeded to go inside and my order was just coming out. They were not that busy and took their time. Plus, my burger patties were cut all weird making it hard to eat because the patties kept sliding out.

Very disrespectful service. They got an attitude with me and tried intimidating me. I wasn't going to back down though. I stood my ground while they fought each other and me. Stay away. The red haired girl kept loudly farting and ruining the mood with no apologies

They made us wait 10 minutes for only 2 chicken jr sandwiches. No one else was waiting and they still gave a horrible experience. The food was small and dirty, the napkins were crumbled, and they didn’t even care. They just gave it to us and left. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Stopped at the 20430 Germantown Rd, Germantown, MD 20876 location last night after not ordered at a Burger King in over 15yrs. It was really pretty good. The cashier was very pleasant and smiling and very active behind the counter. Helping with anything she could to keep things flowing. They were almost ready to close when I stopped by. And it seemed as if they were ready to serve a a few bus loads of people. I'm almost sure they didn't know what time it was or even if they cared about closing time. They were ready to go for the long run! Then tonight I was on my way home and stopped by the 7106 Minstrel Way, Columbia, MD 21045 location. Night and day difference. I'm pretty sure this is the very location that made it real easy to avoid the Burger King for 15yrs. Its just depressing. Rhe whole everything. Why is this location being held on to? Couldn't eat the food due to being told everything was being cooked and it would be a few minutes. 10min later I notice everything was slightly warm. not that I expect everything to be made per order for everyone all day. Just being told everything was cooking and 10min goes by. There is going to be some heat in that bag. And there just wasn't. 10min is a longtime to have with someones food. And being told its cooking and obviously it was not. Wasn't gonna take the risk. 15more years again. Thanks for killing a good thing again Minstrel Way.
