Terrible Service and Zero Accountability!
I ordered a cheeseburger and received a burger with no cheese at all. Mistakes happen, so I called the store to report it. The manager initially thanked me for calling, but when I asked if that was all he planned to do to address the issue, he told me to “hold on” and then hung up the phone.
I tried calling back several times, and each time the phone rang until it disconnected. There was no follow-up, no apology, and no effort to correct the mistake.
To make matters worse, I attempted to complete the customer survey listed on the receipt, but the number does not work. There also appears to be no clear way to contact corporate to report this kind of unprofessional managerial behavior.
It’s extremely disappointing to see such a lack of accountability. Poor food accuracy is one thing, but dismissive and disrespectful customer service—especially from management—is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Vampire nuggets were OK, burger was OK, chicken fries were good, fries were surprisingly good since they usually aren't. Found a long curly girl hair wrapped around my burger, so that was gross - hair nets or hats guys. Overall, a Hair-o-ween experience.

Best Burger King in the area. Most have terrible customer service and food. Both are wonderful here and Monday they have a kids night. Couldn't really be better.

on a Tuesday night drive thru the person taking my order did a very nice exceptional job at getting my order correct and nice also definitely goes a long way the fries are almost always fresh and the burgers are always warm and fresh it's not a Michelin restaurant but they do a good job of taking care of their customers!
