on a Tuesday night drive thru the person taking my order did a very nice exceptional job at getting my order correct and nice also definitely goes a long way the fries are almost always fresh and the burgers are always warm and fresh it's not a Michelin restaurant but they do a good job of taking care of their customers!

A “TTU09”
This is the best Burger King in Columbia, probably the best fast-food in Columbia. The staff here are always friendly and the service is the best around. It’s kind of hidden in a plaza but I make it point to stop here if I can. The staff really makes this place. Keep it up! It is certainly appreciated!

***DELIVERY REVIEW*** - Every single solitary time I order Burger King to be delivered the order is incorrect. Every time, without fail. Often missing an entire order. Today is the last time I will overspend getting Burger King delivered. This is without question not their strong suit, simply because it’s obvious, they don’t care!

Decent fast food and good value via mobile app. Should say it's not the fastest BK I've been to, but definitely above average, expect to wait 5-9 minutes for your mobile order if it's more than three items or an uncommon/special request. However, they are fairly consistent. They also do not force mobile order patrons to pickup at the inside counter, which altogether too many BKs do!
Parking: Roughly thirty parking spots no more than fifty feet from the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pedestrian crossing runs through the drivethru lane. It is not dangerous as drivers can see you and have to stop before the crossing at the drive thru order kiosk but it is a little awkward especially if it is raining or snowing outside.
This still beats the local Wendy's by a long shot. Wendy's was also good until recently which isn't the food but the service. Thanks BK for a consistently good Whopper and consistently good Service. Yall knockn it out the park!

I hit the drive through here to grab some lunch for me and the kiddos. In general it was a good experience. Chicken fries and fries were tasty, burger was lukewarm though.The cashier and food expediter were both lovely people who seemed genuinely friendly and worked hard to get my order right. I had some specifics and they got all the details right. I'd come again, the burger was probably a one-off.
