while we were waiting to get our order taken one girl at the register didn’t acknowledge our presence and was asked by a older employee to take our order and said “you can if you want to” it was very offsetting and rude and ruined our experience, food and service from our runner was amazing.

I was there last week and spoke to manager about my gluten free options. She hooked me up beautifully without any reactions. I went there today. The manager I spoke to last week was not there. I placed my order stating gluten free. They didn't seem to care so said it 2x. I had a reaction! Ugh. Can't eat there again. Also the servers never filled my drink. Tipped 20% and all they did is a run the food out. No more service than that. Save tip to the end. Do not tip at the register for anticipated service.

Title: "Nordstrom Cafe: A Three-Day Culinary Journey Through a Hidden Gem" Introduction: Nordstrom Cafe may not be the first place that comes to mind for a remarkable dining experience, but after spending three consecutive days here, I can confidently say that it's a hidden gem worth discovering. Day 1 - Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp: My culinary adventure began with a classic Caesar salad, elevated by succulent grilled shrimp. The freshness of the lettuce, the creaminess of the dressing, and the perfectly grilled shrimp combined to create a delightful symphony of flavors. It was a refreshing start to my journey, setting high expectations for what was to come. Day 2 - Mushroom Ravioli with Parmesan Cream Sauce: On my second visit, I decided to explore the pasta offerings and was blown away by the mushroom ravioli. Nestled in a velvety parmesan cream sauce and adorned with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, each bite was a revelation. The ravioli itself was tender, and the earthy flavors of mushrooms harmonized beautifully with the creamy sauce. It was a dish that would make any Italian nonna proud. Day 3 - Grilled Tuscan Salmon with Couscous and Mixed Vegetables: For my grand finale, I opted for the grilled Tuscan salmon. The fish was impeccably cooked, with a perfectly seared exterior and a tender, flaky interior. Paired with a bed of fluffy couscous and an array of vibrant mixed vegetables, it felt like a culinary trip to the Mediterranean. The flavors were fresh, and the portion was generous, leaving me fully satisfied. Conclusion: Nordstrom Cafe isn't just a place to grab a quick bite while shopping; it's a culinary destination waiting to be uncovered. With a diverse menu offering dishes like the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, mushroom ravioli with parmesan cream sauce, and grilled Tuscan salmon with couscous and mixed vegetables, this cafe offers a hidden treasure trove of flavors. Three days in a row, I was treated to exceptional food, and each dish left an indelible mark on my taste buds. If you're seeking a hidden gem in the world of dining, Nordstrom Cafe should be on your list. Don't be surprised if, like me, you find yourself returning for more culinary adventures.

This was my first time eating here. The cafe is very efficient. Orders are placed as you enter. The food is served a short time later. I ordered the roasted Turkey and avocado club sandwich with a side salad. It was very tasty. The dressing on the salad was excellent. The staff is very attentive. I will definitely be returning the next time I am visiting.

There are a couple tasty items I've tried at Nordstrom Cafe. Most recently, I ordered the margherita pizza and added pepperonis for +$3.50. Kinda a lot for the amount of pepperonis but it was a tasty pizza for sure. Sometimes it's hard to get there early enough to eat before they close around 6, but it is definitely pretty quiet compared to other restaurants which is nice. Staff are all very nice and friendly.

Since Nordstrom is my favorite department store, Cafe Nordstrom has been in my life for many years! Whoever owns Nordstrom had the idea of putting a decent size Cafe inside the store, for weary shoppers to rest their feet and grab a bite to eat. It was a smart one. The food is fresh and delicious. From perfectly cooked Salmon, salads, pizza, sandwiches, pastry, and coffee. It's all very tasty. Now the prices, probably the one ding I'd give. On my last visit, I had a sandwich with butter lettuce, avocado, tomato, and aioli. All fresh a yummy. Along with a small handful of chips, $18! Was it worth $18? Debatable. To me, yes, to others, maybe not so much. I give 5 stars because I love it there. Happy eating!

The burger was soooo good. They forgot to add my avocado, but I got a refund and it honestly didn't need it. Comes with great sauce. I rarely order burgers when I eat out but I'm so glad I did here.
