It's been a while since we've been to California Tortilla. We stopped by for takeout while shopping, and we were glad we did. Our bowls were fresh, delicious and large. We'll stop by again.

In all seriousness I love this place. The portions are more than generous. The food always super fresh. I’ve been here more than a dozen times and they do a great job with being consistently good. They also have a great BOGO Taco Tuesday deal and absolutely load the tacos up. It’s also always very clean. They are way better than Chipotle and unlike Chipotle I never feel sick after eating them. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It’s basically a Chipotle brand knock off that has a bit more heat, and a hot sauce wall. Not impressed.

Sorry but it normally is pretty good and i went monday and got the pork carnitas verde bowl and i got food posining right after i ate the food i started feeling bad then an hour later i got a pain in my stomach and i was in the toilet all night wont be going back. Staff was friendly but the food 9/16/24 i wont be eating there again.

Food is pretty good IF they get your order right, and the customer service is definitely lacking. Employees seem miserable and it comes across in how they talk to customers. I've also been charged for extra quac on multiple occasions without ever asking for it, which is really irritating.

I placed a pick up order, and my order was mostly accurate and the food was good. But the way the manager ( or person in charge that was there) was talking to the employees was absolutely unacceptable. Not only did it create a really hostile atmosphere for the employees, but really made me uncomfortable as a customer. I could tell there was a new employee being trained, but that is absolutely no way to talk to someone or train someone. I was absolutely in shock. Do better. People don’t make enough to be treated that way.

Not a fan. Very salty and low quality chicken. Won't be back. Same level as Chipotle imo. Positive aspect is their selection of hot sauces are amazing.

I've been here before and food/service was great.
However, I went after the lunch rush on a Friday (about 1:30 p.m.) and the service was terrible. There was only one customer actively ordering and a few people dining in. I stood in line and there were three women behind the counter. One woman was helping a customer, the other was working on an online order....no big deal. After waiting five minutes, a third woman came out and put on fresh gloves. Without looking at me she begins helping the woman working on the online orders (there were only two online orders). The entire time no one looked up, acknowledged, or greeted me. I turned around and walked out.

Terrible customer service
Appalling! On their online menu the picture shows multiple tacos, paid $6 for them and only received one when I got home. I called apparently they are $6 for each small taco, not for a taco meal. Not worth the price!
Foods good but make sure they don’t over charge you for extra toppings. We got charged for 4 extra toppings but when we redid our order on the website, it was only one.Just be careful when checking out.

I have been here a few times now since its pretty close to where I live. The food here is good, the ingredients fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I usually order between burritos and bowls depending on my mood. They have a variety of different hot sauces on a shelf you can choose from. Great place for a quick bite to each on a lunch break.Also their burritos are MASSIVE. You WILL be full.
