I have been here a few times now since its pretty close to where I live. The food here is good, the ingredients fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I usually order between burritos and bowls depending on my mood. They have a variety of different hot sauces on a shelf you can choose from. Great place for a quick bite to each on a lunch break.Also their burritos are MASSIVE. You WILL be full.

I recently tried California Tortilla in Columbia and had their burrito bowl – absolutely amazing! A fantastic and healthy choice. In my opinion, it surpasses Chipotle in both quality and flavor. Highly recommended!

It was buy one get one tacos on a severe weather Tuesday. I got lunch and dinner with a side of chips and queso with a cookie.Very tasty!

I used to go to Caltort when I visited northern Virginia. I now come here weekly, sometimes more to get tacos on Tuesday. I am a huge fan of their blackened fish taco.I also really enjoy their Korean BBQ burrito, California Screamin burrito, and their LTO burritos. You can customize anything to your liking as they're making your food. Way more options than Chipotle.Their wall of flame sometimes is questionably stocked, but when its stocked well, I always like to try a taste of some of their various sauces that range from sweet and fruity to very hot.I will admit the queso is also hit or miss in that sometimes its a little too watery, but its usually solid.If you're reading this and debating this over Chipotle, give it a try. I don't understand why Chipotle always has a line when this option is available and the wait is always under 5 minutes or less.

Came here the week they opened, as I was familiar with a few other locations in the area and was excited to have one very close to my house. Service was poor, the people working had their AirPods in and seemed to hate being there. Food was very poor quality. My quesadilla was falling apart and barely had any cheese, and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Decided to give it a try now that some time has passed, and the food is still just as terrible. The only decent thing on the menu seems to be the chips and queso. Literally anywhere else is better.
We love California tortilla but this is a review for delivery orders-not in person. This is our third incorrect delivery order. The first time they forgot the guacamole on our burritos and we paid extra for it, the second time they forgot the chicken in one of the burritos, tonight an entire burrito was missing from my order. We will not be ordering delivery again.

It is fast food, but upscale not only due to the complexity of menu options, but to the dining experience.The staff is basically your new group of friends. One feels welcomed there with big smiles and conversation.Aside from that. May I point out they have a wall of hot sauce?? About 70-80 different hot sauces from around the world with heat ratings of each. Personally, Having a spicy personality makes me feel at home with the sauce.

The ordering style has shifted from counter order and payment and pickup at pickup area to Chipotle style, where you pick your base, add your toppings, and pay at the end. I have gotten the bean and cheese tacos for like 20 years and I ordered the same today but adventurously added corn mix. It still tasted great. The Wall of Flame was clean, fully stocked, and had a variety of sauces. The ambiance was enjoyable and fun. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy. This location is 1000x better than the one in Burnt Mills. Get a free taco for signing up for their emails!

Wow!!! The sunset Burrito Bowl looked amazing when I opened the bag! The vegetables looks so fresh, it was as if they had just been picked from the garden! My sauce selections really set it off!!! This was the best burrito bowl I've had in ages!Move over Chipotle....I have a new go to spot!!I was a little concerned about how the chips would be. Surprisingly, they were very very good. Crispy ,fresh, just the right amount of salt on, and the bag was filled to the top!!I do wish that they had regular salsa. However, I do like pico de gallo as well.I highly recommend trying this place!
