I usually enjoy CAVA, but my experience at the Columbia, MD location was very disappointing. The staff were rude and didn’t make any effort to be friendly — no greeting, no eye contact, and the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. It really took away from the dining experience.
I hope management addresses this, because good customer service makes a big difference. I’d love to come back if the staff were more attentive and polite.

Great service everyone there is always welcoming, well mannered and very attentive. Due to that service I keep coming back and like cava now! This is the only location I love visiting. This location by far will always meet if not exceed my expectations regarding what customer service really is about. They always greet you and make you feel good. They also don’t make you feel rushed to order. Jhonathan is such a good worker there he always greet you with kindness and resolves issues promptly. He is amazing! Everyone in there as well.
