Cava takes a page out of what Chipotle was 6-7 years ago and then improves the concept by offering really interesting ingredients. I've been a few times and it's always nothing short of spectacular. The service is great, you move through the line at a nice pace, but it's not overly rushed. The portions are healthy and every time I've been the restaurant has been absolutely clean. The food is fresh... I highly recommend it

Pricy for fast casual food, but wholesome and delicious.Have had one issue with the staff not understanding what I asked for and trying to charge me extra. In the end, a man ended up making a point of scooping a tablespoon of extra hummus out of my bowl and throwing it in the trash. A little petty, but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess?
