Charleys Cheesesteaks

I got SEVERELY ill after eating at this establishment on Friday, September 19th. I had a fever, chills, nausea resulting in vomit, and a headache that has not yet subsided.... I just want you all to know that cause that was the worse experience of my life.

It’s alright. Ive had better and fell in love my first time with Charley’s at the Myrtle Beach location. This 1… ahhh yeah. Must be when it first opens up. Don’t go there when they’re about to close or in the afternoon 🤷🏾‍♂️

I love the cheesesteaks here. Very cheesy & creamy. My favorite place to get cheesesteaks from. Has lots of meat. Service is speedy and quick, ready in no time. It's super flavorful and delicious. Tables are plentiful and are shared among all food courts, cleanliness varies.

I love Charlie’s, specially this one at the mall, cashiers are very friendly, food tastes delicious every time. I definitely recommend coming here.

Total rip off on the meat portions

The woman who is the cashier is a very bad person. She needs customer service training. She serves customers very poorly, especially women. It seems that she gets jealous of women because of her partner who works there. A very bad experience. The food is very good.

Hard to get a better cheesesteak in the area, but WILL NOT be coming back. Even if I say my order is for here, I am still given a HUGE plastic bag. What a waste, makes me feel wasteful!

Speedy, friendly service, and the food is always hot and delicious. Even gave a free cup of water when I didn’t order anything else (unlike other restaurants in the mall).

Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!

This will be the 3rd review I have left for this location. I deleted my other reviews after the "manager" had finally called me to rectify the situation. Well here I am again. Ordered 2 subs today for delivery. 2 different names, 2 different toppings. They messed up BOTH. Names were mixed up with each sub, toppings added that were specifically removed when building the sub. They forgot the ranch sides that I paid for, ordered 2 fries with ranch on them and 1 of the fries was plain, but they ALWAYS forget something that you pay for. I was so disappointed in this order. This place claims that because they use Doordash to deliver the food, that they have no control over refunding any money, but that's a lie and I know this from the 2 times the manager has called AND refunded my money. Store employees don't understand that, yet when charging the card for the order it goes through Charley's directly. The quality of the food has gone down, they are overrated. No need for a response asking me to email you guys, this is the 3rd time something has happened and we won't be eating here again.

It was a fun day that turned into a marvelous day.... because they deliver great at Charleys

I went yesterday and as I was eating bit down on something hard, spit it out and thought nothing of it. Continued eating and another one. Brought it up to the counter and the guy said oh that’s chicken bone. No apology no offer to make a new one. He only made a new one after my boyfriend told him chicken bone isn’t edible. Brought the new one home, guess what…. ANOTHER CHICKEN BONE. Threw the rest away. I usually love their chicken California and get in often but this really put me off.
