Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!

This will be the 3rd review I have left for this location. I deleted my other reviews after the "manager" had finally called me to rectify the situation. Well here I am again. Ordered 2 subs today for delivery. 2 different names, 2 different toppings. They messed up BOTH. Names were mixed up with each sub, toppings added that were specifically removed when building the sub. They forgot the ranch sides that I paid for, ordered 2 fries with ranch on them and 1 of the fries was plain, but they ALWAYS forget something that you pay for. I was so disappointed in this order. This place claims that because they use Doordash to deliver the food, that they have no control over refunding any money, but that's a lie and I know this from the 2 times the manager has called AND refunded my money. Store employees don't understand that, yet when charging the card for the order it goes through Charley's directly. The quality of the food has gone down, they are overrated. No need for a response asking me to email you guys, this is the 3rd time something has happened and we won't be eating here again.

I went yesterday and as I was eating bit down on something hard, spit it out and thought nothing of it. Continued eating and another one. Brought it up to the counter and the guy said oh that’s chicken bone. No apology no offer to make a new one. He only made a new one after my boyfriend told him chicken bone isn’t edible. Brought the new one home, guess what…. ANOTHER CHICKEN BONE. Threw the rest away. I usually love their chicken California and get in often but this really put me off.

This location at Columbia Mall is the BEST!!!!! Food always delicious condiment are ALWAYS clean. Guts who cook are exceptionally pleasant and good looking. This location is very clean. Other locations are not the cleanest ( Towson) mess up orders messy not pleasant. Columbia is the best. I always go

Pretty fair cheesesteak sandwich. I had their classic regular size and fries with a drink and it was satisfying enough for a dinner entree. I will eat there again.

Me and another person ate sandwiches and fries here this evening. It was bagged and given to us in less than 5 minutes ?. A few hours later we both had to sit on the toilet with upset stomachs!

The subs were good, my friends enjoyed their meals, but the new "wings" look more like pucks. I would've expected messy similar to chicken strips, but instead it was the ground up meat like chicken nuggets. The lemon garlic rub must've rubbed off too, since it tasted like nothing.They brought our food to our table while busy, which was nice. As a chain, I know it isn't their fault that corporate gave them a horrible product, but omg these are not worth it. This entire picture got thrown out.
Do not get their cheese sauce - it’s straight up gut inflammation goo. The pickles are sweet, keep that in mind. Meat quality and serving size is good

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the steak on my cheesesteak, very juicy and tender. I also liked that there was provolone cheese instead of cheez whiz like many "Philly" cheesesteak places serve. The service was quick and efficient.

Did a quick search on Yelp for cheesesteaks and it suggested Charlie's, which is located in the Colombia mall food court. I had the cheesesteak meal which comes with fries and a drink. The cheesesteak was well seasoned and cooked well. Also a good sized portion.

I have to limit myself to 1 teriyaki chicken cheesesteak per week. This sandwich is unbelievably delicious! The other subs are also very good, but this is my favorite!
