The shakes were not made well. They were watery within several minutes. It never happened before.
Very poor customer service from Chanrisha. (Probably spelling it wrong but as close as I could see so I apologize if that's incorrect.) I put in a mobile order because I had limited time to get to where I needed to go. When I arrived I switch to pick up my order inside. My drinks came out within 5 minutes of me waiting there. So I waited another 5 and still didn't get my food. When I walked up to the counter, the employee Chanrisha approached me asking if this was a mobile order and I said yes but I've been waiting for my food still for some time. Instead of helping me she just told me to go back to the pick up area and wait for my food cause it was probably coming out. She wasn't very pleasant about it either. I went back to the counter and waited. 10 more minutes go by before someone else asked me what I was waiting for. Which was just 2 fries, nuggets and a sandwich. This person took my receipt to check on my order and about 3 minutes later brought me the other and apologized for the wait. Unfortunately the apology doesn't make up for the time I lost on the time limit I had. Very disappointed.

In house is super loud, and the food used to be excellent, but has been dry the last few times. The service is great tho, and the employees are friendly
Wow, I was delighted with the food and the wonderful service provided by Miss Claudia, very kind and very charismatic. I hope to continue seeing her every time I pass by the store, always smiling and treating customers well.
