Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.
Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).
I just want to add if you see this- you girls are going places in this life. Your problem solving skills, patience, and kindness in stressful environments is commendable. Thank you so much!

Unless you know exactly where the food court is dont bother with ordering to go. Two employees couldn't give me directions from the JcPenney. This location should just stick to mall traffic since employees have no clue about directions

Just like other Chick-fil-A it’s delicious. But normally the seasoning and salty level is defined by the associate in the branch, and this place provides exactly seasoning level that I enjoy.

Stopped by here while in the mall. It was pretty busy but still one of the fastest chik-fil-a's I've been to. Everyone was very friendly. The chicken sandwiches were very fresh and tasted great.
