Good Afternoon, they never send reviews when things don’t go right. I ordered from the app like I always do to get the points. I eat at CFA a lot, a whole lot!!! Today wasn’t the greatest. I ordered through the app for curb side pickup. I parked in the spot said it would be out in about 3 mins. Waited at least 10 mins. Got my food pulled off and went back to work, which is literally 2 mins from the mall. As I pull off I dive into the bag to eat my fries. Omg, they were horribly cold. Like not the normal like warm or very hot. It’s like I was eating fries from McDonalds… then I pull into work to eat my grilled nuggets…. No freaking sauce, so I am stuck eating grilled nuggets with no sauce. I know it’s the holiday season and it was lunch time, maybe a little busy. But just when you’re paying 9.00 for a kids meal. I honestly couldn’t care less about the fries it was the missing sauce that did it for me. Just reaching out to let you know about my experience today.

My grandson LOVES Chick-fil-A. He just can’t seem to get enough. He is a very very picky eater. I can’t imagine how much money I have spent at Chick-fil-A (probably close to a $1,000.00 or more. The points help a lot when there is no money to purchase his double of strips, fries, sweet teas.

Fries were cold, nuggets were all broken up. They didn't put a straw in the bag or napkins. Stood in line for a long time. I thought they would have gotten better, guess not.

My father and I went to this Chick-Fil-A. We got 2 chicken sandwich meals. The chicken tasted terrible. It was overcooked and hard. The only saving grace of the experience were the fries and the soda.

Delicious food, but they spelled my name wrong even after the girl there asked me how to spell it and I did just that. When she called out "Leenah" i thought she was saying Aliyah so I was like "???" But turns out it was me. It was my order. LeeAnna is not that hard to spell omg. Would I go here again? Obviously!! But I will be giving a fake name next time 💀

Delicious fast food restaurant. The Chick-Fil-A Sandwich was flavorful, and the Waffle Potato Fries were nice and hot. I liked that they were also crunchy, and I was able to request “no salt” on them.

Vegetarian options: Hash Browns, Salads, and Fruit Cups are available.

Dietary restrictions: Can request not to add salt, or cheese on waffle fries,sandwiches or in salads to name a few.

Parking: Parking lot is available , however spaces fill up fast during lunch and dinner hours. People are always going in and out though.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. The Kids meals are popular. Chicken Nuggets and a free toy in the meal are favorites.
