The boy at the counter with the arm band on around 930 pm seems to service who he wants and leaves the counter if he doesn't want to take your order. Then came back after I left looked at me sitting down and I shook my head in disappointment. Just look at the footage that's crazy.

I did a drive through order in the app. I notated my sauces, and that I needed straws. I had to ask for both at the drive through one after the other because it would have made too much sense to already have it in the bag.
I was handed my milkshake that was all over the cup, which ended up all in my cup holder.
At least the food was hot and as expected.

I ordered a meal at the Columbia (Dobbin Rd) restaurant for curbside. When I got there and parked. Before I could even put the parking space number in the app, 2 lovely young ladies were already bringing my food out! Talk about going above and beyond.

Food is always fresh, but sometimes the employees are rude and nonchalant. I asked Ms. Faith for a cup of ice, and her whole face and mood changed as if she was bothered, smh. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A energy we all desire.
