Watch out for the drive thru control lord at this Dobbin Rd location. Every time she helps me, it feels like she’s purposely trying to slow me down. One time a different person helped me and it was the fastest drive thru service I’ve ever had there…I miss that man but for now, I will deal with the pace ruler at the drive thru..P.S. why do you always double ask me what my mobile order name is, it’s like you haven’t heard this name 50 million times by now? Every single time I get a “what’s the name again?” And a 10 second pause after that…I don’t get it but they have the wrong person at the drive thru window, take your control issues somewhere else please and to the man that helped me ONE time, keep up the good work, you heard my name once, didn’t ask me for my name again and told me to “pull up to the window please” like immediately after I told you my mobile order name. I’m not quiet either so I know that’s not the issue. I’ve dealt with this for about 2 years now. So I had to vent. Thank you !!!

Ordered 3 salads at 7pm on a Saturday evening. ALL 3 were made entirely with arugula. No romaine or iceberg. I would rather you just say that you are out of salads instead of pulling this trick. At least warn those taking orders, what the situation is. Geez.

You're better off just going to the grocery store and getting the things you need and making it. Food here is cold, service here is terrible. I don't know how many fast food places I need to go to to learn my lesson of how bad things are. Just shut them all down just go to the grocery store.

Ok, I bought a banana pudding milkshake, it tasted like bananas no pudding or wafers. I went to ask for more wafers in it, they got an attitude, remade it but still no added wafers. The fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries, they had an attitude about that. The fries taste like it came out of old grease. Those people are rude. I am very dissatisfied.

Was driving thru town and stopped in. The play area and the woman’s bathroom was closed for the night. Had to take my children to the nearby Starbucks (spend money there as well) just use the bathroom and wash our hands before our meal. Disappointing to say the least. Food was great, kids really enjoyed it
