Low portions - things in food that should not be there. Got chipotle from here today for me and my partner and relative ordered for us in person when we got our bowls they were extremely low portions, a chipotle worker showed me in the handbook a while ago that certain scoops should be about 4oz, or with the chipotle spoons an ENTIRE scoop. I am telling you normally both me and my partner when we eat chipotle we have enough to save for leftovers, me i usually have half a bowl. I don’t even have that, i have nothing left and i’m still hungry. Barely any beans, no meat i got i’m not even joking 5 pieces of lettuce. Guac that was paid extra for barley any AND there was a big slice of a full avocado and there was entire leaf in the food. Absolutely gross, not sure if they thought they could get away with this because it was an older adult who didn’t say anything but they know not to play that with certain people, i guess they thought that some people won’t dispute charges? Especially for foreign stuff in food … ridiculous . edit: and i just wanna add people need to collectively start taking these small portions and throwing them on the workstation floor, this expierence and the fact they thought they could take advantage like that has really pmo

I've been to a lot of different Chipotles around MD. This location in the mall gives you such a patheticly small portion it's Insane. Don't go here.

Please re train your staff. I spend so much money on Chipotle in various locations around Columbia but if your staff are going to be rude then it doesn’t make the food worth it. I went here on June 12th where one of the girls (i think she may have been a bit asian possibly had braces not 100% sure) serving food had a major attitude, me and my partner were ordering and after my partner ordered bc he was ordering for both of us she looked at me and gave me a nasty look. She seemed young so maybe she was trying to be competitive who knows.. At the end when we were about to pay we wanted chips and queso and she was basically saying in Spanish how she didn’t want to make any more and said some other rude stuff. She was denying giving service and doing her job. Now if i just said never mind then thats money chipotle loses because this person didn’t want to fill up a plastic cup with cheese. Another lady in line had queso and gave us hers. Pretty sure she made more queso for the other lady after but this just proves my point that she was being vindictive for no reason and that can cost business money. Even my partner said she needs to grow up when we were walking away so i know this isn’t a me issue, please consider retraining some of your staff…

I went to columbia mall to get chipotle with my boyfriend. I made sure we went right after opening (10:30ish) so that our food would be fresh and there would be no line. We ordered our food then sat down, but as soon as i opened my bowl, there was a dead bug sitting on top. How the employee didnt see or catch that? im not sure! i was truly disappointed and disgusted. I LOVE chipotle but im officially traumatized. How are there bugs in the food after just opening? then when we went to get a refund the employees were behaving as if this was nothing/normal. I just cant believe it!

The grill guy doesn’t wear cloves and uses hand sanitizer as a substitute for washing his hands. I saw him sneeze, blow his nose, use sanitizer and gets back to cooking with no gloves. I worked chipotle grill for 2 years and that is like the unforgivable sin. Gross.

Am for my study break and they had meat out from days ago. Please don’t eat here. That is very disgusting. And the staff had no shame stating that the meat was in fact old. 0 stars. Please do better

I ordered a Chicken bowl, but it was missing the main ingredient, chicken. I walked from work during my lunch break and didn't have the chance to go back to have them correct it, and the online chat didn't have an option to refund at least a portion for the missing chicken. I will have to start checking my orders going forward to make sure they're accurate 😒.

The food is always nice and fresh but the employees are so rude. They had me standing there 7 or 8 plus minutes to even start my order or greet me. Never got either. I just walked away and spent my money elsewhere. So unprofessional. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK IN FOOD SERVICE WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE SLOW PACED or go back to school.
