Am for my study break and they had meat out from days ago. Please don’t eat here. That is very disgusting. And the staff had no shame stating that the meat was in fact old. 0 stars. Please do better

I ordered a Chicken bowl, but it was missing the main ingredient, chicken. I walked from work during my lunch break and didn't have the chance to go back to have them correct it, and the online chat didn't have an option to refund at least a portion for the missing chicken. I will have to start checking my orders going forward to make sure they're accurate 😒.

A friend ordered the new Brisket with her food and was subject to immediate sickness and throwing up. The meat was severely undercooked, and was unbelievably fatty. Do not recommend!

The food is always nice and fresh but the employees are so rude. They had me standing there 7 or 8 plus minutes to even start my order or greet me. Never got either. I just walked away and spent my money elsewhere. So unprofessional. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK IN FOOD SERVICE WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE SLOW PACED or go back to school.

I used to love Chipotle, but my experiences there have been disappointing. The first time I visited, the staff were rude. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance, only to be overcharged. Friends of mine have also shared negative experiences with their customer service. One friend was charged three times and then told she still owed money, with the staff questioning if she even had enough to pay. They then threw her food on the counter.

Not sure I would have tried this location based upon the reviews, but I'm here to say my experience was fantastic. My steak bowl was prepared with everything I asked for and the portions were certainly very good. The entire thing was fresh and tasty. No issues, perfect experience! Thanks.

I used to love this Chipotle. I am not sure what happened. Today they delivered two chicken bowls without any chicken. They forgot to add chicken, not little chicken, or that I am unhappy with portion. NOPE. No chicken at all. Not sure what is going on. I am eating beans and rice. Shame on the store folks. They sent me some vegan/ vegetarian bowls WITHOUT GUACAMOLE when I ordered a chicken bowl.

Now they want me to spend more time on the chipotle website. They sent two bowls with ZERO chicken. They even marked the bowls with V.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever encountered. I asked for Kids Meal tacos and they made a regular tacos and then after I told them no no I want the $5.70 one the lady said too late and tried charging full price. THEN they remade my kids tacos (gave me the hard shell on purpose even tho I asked for soft) and then THREW THE OTHER BOWL IN THE TRASH??? Like at least give me it for free or EAT IT YOURSELF. I would rather have paid for it anyways if I knew they were just gonna throw it out. So wasteful and I’m mad about it.

Lunchtime. Bowl, white rice, half steak, half chicken asada...i got the SMALLEST portions i have ever seen. I politely asked for more rice. When the meat was placed in my bowl....i could LITERALLY count the pieces of meat. I asked him to AT LEAST fill up the metal spoon.
He said "oh so u want DOUBLE"?
Um no....i want ONE FULL PORTION.
Annoyed.
I got to the end of the line adding chops queso & pico de gallo.
I turned to look at the man behind me. HIS BOWL was FULL of meat.
I asked the guy that served me, "excuse me, does his bowl contain DOUBLE meat?"
He told me NO.
At that point i left the bowl AND the biased employees and went next door to McDonald's!
This location is predominantly Hisoanic. That is COOL. Unfortunately i did NOT receive the same portion size OR customer service as the Hispanic customer received from the Hispanic worker.
Smh. I will NOT be returning!!

I don’t normally post reviews but I went to this location since the one on Dobbin Road gave me the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle but I think this one might take the cake. I haven’t gotten Chipotle in over a month since they’ve been skimping me on more than one occasion. The burrito is smaller than my hand, I asked for extra (not meat) but it just seemed like they gave me less than I get at the location by my house - in which I never need to ask for extra. Don’t go unless you want to waste your money.
