Save your money!!! The only reason I stopped was because the guy usually working in the back put out fresh cinabons the girl working the register instead gave me a old hard stale dry bun ...good think I opened the box before walking off (if you do eat one from there I strongly suggest you do the same) I promptly returned it she still refused to give me a fresh one instead giving me another one she got from somewhere she got from the side ...her attitude was nasty but I guess she did my waiste line a favor because I will never buy anything from that location

The only reason I purchase the cinnabon was because I love him so much and I like to treat myself every now and then.The middle-aged guy at the counter today had a bit of a smart aleck attitude!In the past, I have always gotten friendly service from Cinnabon. Perhaps they should leave the greeting, and cashiering to the younger friendlier personality types.When I find a specially interesting, is that the register is now set up to ask you if you want to leave a tip. Of course you can select no, but if you don't you can't proceed with the purchase.There's no way in the world I would have tipped this associate!

Stopped by the mall to grab some dinner and ended the meal here at Cinnabon. We snagged some sodas at first and the cashier was so nice we came back for dessert. We eventually got a church which has an interesting filling we weren't expecting. We took one home and heated it up in the air fryer which def helped. The classic cinnamon roll was great! Jake n kev

If negative stars were possible I'd rate them -10! The encounters at this location shouldn't be so abrasive and set up as a deterrent. I stood back to see if it's just me and unfortunately it was NOT. What I've noticed time and time again is persons of Color are given more unnecessary pushback, deterring and unwarranted along with unwelcoming. Versus people who are not of Color and catered to and asked if they'd like to try other menu items or anything else is needed, this is absolutely unacceptable. The up charge of DOUBLE for items and none statements on your menu or liter board or website is absurd and preposterous, and illegal! I have taken my concern and complaint to Howard County Community, placed it on Google reviews Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. This behavior and surcharging has to STOP!
