My wife ordered for us on the website while I went to pick it up, because the website had a buy one get a second for 50% off deal. When I got there she called and told me that she got an email saying the order was canceled. I asked the woman working there and she said they don't accept orders from the website.
I decided to order our subs anyway since I was already there, even though they wouldn't honor the deal on the website. I got a footlong tuna on honey oat. I asked for onions and cucumbers, but while she put a reasonable amount of cucumbers on it she only put a few small pieces of onion. I asked her to put more and she said the owner told her not to put more than 6 pieces of onion on any subs because onions are too expensive. These pieces of onion were tiny, maybe 2 inches long and sliced very thin. I told her if I got all of the toppings it would cost the owner a lot more and she still refused to put any more onions on the sub.
This is the first time we've tried this location. We live around the corner so it would have been awesome to have a great experience and it would easily become one of our go to places. But I don't really like the idea of a place that doesn't accept online orders because they don't want to honor the deals on the website, and that the owner tells employees they can't put more than 6 tiny pieces of onion on a footlong sub.

Great and clean interior. However you cannot use any coupons unless it is with specific sandwiches. Very disappointed in these limits they place on their menu in this way.
The store was very clean and bright. I placed an online order for this location and it was ready on-time when I arrived. The staff was very nice.
There are a few small tables.
