Although I knew this was more of a fast food experience I was not totally disappointed. The staff was amazing and helped with recommendations. The food was taste and felp a bit better quality than other fast food places near by. Prices are expected for the area. Over all not a bad place to try at least once and make your own decision.

We're big fans of Crimson, just wish we lived closer! The food is always freshly made, which does mean you should expect a wait, but it's so worth it!
Server Erick G ordered two sandwiches and specifically asked for cheese on both, but the person taking my order only added it to one and never confirmed the details. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff were dismissive and acted as if it was my fault. There was no accountability and very poor customer service.
On top of that, while sitting down, a black man near the counter started verbally harassing me and my husband with racist comments, even telling us to “go back to our country.” He cursed at us and made the environment feel unsafe. What was most disappointing was that none of the employees stepped in to de-escalate the situation or support us.
This was an extremely negative and unsafe experience, and I will not be returning to Crimson Coward Columbia.

They never get my order right. Today no fries when it clearly shows it on the receipt. Last time no sauce. The time before it was the wrong seasoning. Oh and just noticed no bread , still got bread.
