The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. I got a bowl with brown stew chicken, rice n peas, and plantains. It's enough food for multiple meals (for me). I just wish I'd asked for a bit more brown gravy!

Sigh, i’ve been waiting to hit this spot for a few months. Found it via IG, finally had the opportunity and the food was not really good. Got the half chicken and oxtail, not sure how the oxtails are, but the chicken was dry! plantains were decent but dry, mac and cheese was good, cabbage ok, rice and beans sortve of dry. The little rum cake dessert was banging though! that was nice and moist w the right amount of rum and sweetness. Oh the coco bread was hard, i even warmed it up in the microwave but it was still hard…maybe i came at a bad time not sure. Wife had the oxtails and wish it had some more gravy. I’m glad to see others have enjoyed it though.

I'm soooooo disappointed. I know good and well this is NOT owned by a Jamaican. I ordered the Salmon bowl with rice and peas and cabbage. Nothing was jerk about it. It wasn't spicy at all. No seasoning in the veggies at all. To add insult to inury someone thought that it would be a good idea to put corn bits in the cabbage. CORN DOESN'T GO IN THE CABBAGE. Also, the salmon was dry. Probably serving up frozen not fresh. Gentrification of Jamaican food. This has to stop.

I rarely do reviews due to my busy schedule however, I feel compelled to do a review based on my disappointing service received yesterday after ordering the cut up jerk chicken. It was extremely spicy and I could not eat as a result. I asked if I could exchange for a less spicy and the manager I with a level of indifference said they don’t give away free food. This was my first experience.
I could not get past the total lack of care for my dining experience and enjoyment the manager seemed to have making me feel I was attempting to take advantage of the restaurant.

I absolutely love this place! Their food is the best in Columbia! Its seasoned extremely well! The restaurant is very clean and the restrooms are clean. We were helped by Taliah and she has exceptional customer service. Very mindful, very helpful, very Demure! Lol but seriously she’s great!

Kid-friendliness: They play good clean Jamaican music.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair accessible table height and counters to pay.

After strolling around the mall unsure of where to eat, we stumbled upon this place. I was not disappointed at all. The ordering process was easy and the staff were friendly and gave helpful recommendations on what to try and sauce options. I was not expecting much after trying many Jamaican restaurants in the area, but the food exceeded my expectations. The mac n cheese was phenomenal, the plantains had just the right amount of sweetness and weren’t too mushy, and the roti wrap was flavorful but refreshing with the added cucumbers (I appreciate them taking the skin off). I also tried the rice n peas with gravy, the cabbage, and two of their sauces, which were all flavorful and delicious. Yes, the food/some sauces will be spicy, it’s Jamaican food. If you are sensitive to spice just ask and I’m sure they will help guide your choices. Regardless, this is a must try, not too expensive for the amount of food you get, and it is a great addition to the area. I will be back soon to try their other items!

Loved the food l! I order a kid size portion, because the portions are extremely large. The curry chicken and the Brown Stewed chicken was great! I also, order a reggae medley juice by tropical rhythm and a jerk Pattie. Definitely a must try ??

Caribbean spot in Columbia?!?! I don't have to drive 30+ minutes to find a West Indian food spot to get quality food?!?!?!

WAZE - SHOW ME DIRECTIONS!!!!

Was thoroughly impressed 1st by the customer service over the phone and in person. Xavier answered the phone and didn't sound frustrated or aggravated even as the store closing hours were close. Told me to come on in; they had what I wanted.

2nd - I get there and the atmosphere is dope, the layout is spacious, the smell is authentic and the tunes being played over the speaker: *chef's kiss emoji*

Bri was behind the counter with Xavier and they had a customer who was in front of me asking ALOT of questions: if she could mix this, change that, she doesn't want so much of the rice & peas, why was the container that size, etc. They handled this customer's questions with grace, patience, and the utmost professional demeanor. Salute to them!!!!

The beef patties, the jerk chicken patties, and the jerk chicken with rice & peas and plantain for my family hit the spot. Food seasoned well, was extra hot (who wants cold food?!?!), and my wife and daughter loved the fact it was fresh!

I will be back again soon (might even be tomorrow)!!!

OMGOODNESS, now please know I have visited almost all of Da Jerk’s restaurants in close proximity to where I reside but this location’s food hands down top notch. I got the salmon, plantains and Mac & cheese. I’ve gone to restaurants that just don’t know how to prepared Plantains correctly. Either they are hard as a rock, tasteless or have been reheated. These were cooked to perfection, tender & sweet. Rosmaine had wonderful customer service, was polite and kind. You can’t go wrong visiting this spot. Go, run ??‍♀️ thank me later!!!

Food was great, however the service was quite mediocre. Seems as if the music must have been too loud due to the workers lack of ability to hear. Also, the workers don’t really give friendly service. Again food was great, just wish the people serving it would put in some effort. What happened to positive customer service?

Service was great, atmosphere was great. Let’s get into the food, the jerk chicken did not taste like it was grilled on the big black charcoal grill like what I’m used to. The Mac and cheese I was not a fan of at all, the rice and peas were decent, you can’t really mess up rice and peas. As a Caribbean, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food, but to be fair I did come toward the end of the night.
