Great ambiance, with cute cherry blossom decorations. The wait was only 30 minutes. The service was wonderful. The server was very attentive. We ordered the Thai street noodles and eggplant and tofu

The food was amazing I order the steamed dumplings and the drunken noodles and all I got say is they were really good I enjoyed them. The noodles were great they have lots of veggies to them and the noodles were well seasoned and the texture quality are soft and wobble when you have them on a chopped stick. As for the steamed dumplings they were great no complaints their nothing they were well steamed and fire.

Last night marked our inaugural visit to Dok Khao, and it's safe to say it left a lasting impression. From the ambiance to the service and, of course, the delightful cuisine, every aspect surpassed our expectations. Our dinner comprised the delectable Dok Khao Pad Thai and a tantalizing serving of Shrimp in Hot Pot, followed by a divine slice of coconut cake for dessert. Each dish boasted the unmistakable freshness of its ingredients, right down to the coconut topping the cake. The attentiveness of the staff ensured a seamless dining experience, leaving us thoroughly impressed. It's rare to find a restaurant that hits all the marks so effortlessly - Dok Khao has truly nailed it.

I really enjoyed my meal here. I have been working hard to go back ever since. The Pad Thai had a smokiness that I am not accustomed to but loved. The food has a more authentic Thai feel than most places I have been. The food also came out extremely quickly which is great for those looking for a quick lunch.

As a Thai food connoisseur, I am always excited to try new Thai restaurants. This place was absolutely packed for a Wednesday night, so a good sign to me even if we had to wait a few minutes! The inside was also decorated so vibrantly-- I loved the bright green walls and the foliage-filled dining room. So the vibes were definitely there, but now I needed to know if the food lived up to the hype. Onto the food! We started with the Crab Rangoons to split. These were fried to perfection with a decent amount of both crab and cream cheese filling. Usually the crab meat isn't as noticeable but you could definitely taste it with these. And the highlight of these rangoons was definitely the dipping sauce-- such a delicious sweet and sour sauce! For our entrees, we went with the Drunken Noodles and the Green Curry. These Drunken Noodles were soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor. The noodles were so wide and thick and absorbed the rich flavors of the sauce and spice mixture so well. The Green Curry was the perfect thickness (not too thin at all) and was also packed with such yummy flavor. With both entrees, you could taste the hints of sweetness so well and that sweetness coalesced with the other umami flavors so perfectly. I also loved the presentation of both entrees. Overall, this Thai food did not miss at all. And the staff was super friendly. I definitely want to come back and try more menu items, especially the fun cocktails and yummy looking specials they offer. If you are looking for some delicious Thai food in the area, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing atmosphere, I'm vegan and they can make most of the menu vegan by omitting fish and oyster sauces.Decor and ambiance was so beautiful. The food was so delicious, glad I found this place!

Dok Khao Thai Eatery is a culinary odyssey into the heart of Thailand, where every dish is a postcard from paradise, and the service is as warm as the Thai sun. With its trendy vibe and an ornately adorned dining room, Dok Khao sets the stage for an experience that's as visually stunning as it is gastronomically gratifying. Our adventure began with the Crab Rangoon, Crispy Salmon Rolls, and Chicken Satay. Chicken Satay, the ever-charming ambassador of Thai appetizers, is elevated to new heights at Dok Khao. The slow-grilled marinated chicken, served with peanut sauce and cucumber sauce, is so tender and flavorful, it could easily start a diplomatic mission of deliciousness. Crab Rangoon, a delightful twist on the classic, where wonton meets crab meets cream cheese, creating a well-balanced trio of flavor, all served with a sweet & sour sauce that's more like a love potion than a condiment. The Crispy Salmon Rolls, perfectly fried, marrying marinated salmon with rice, seaweed, sesame seed, and flying fish roe, all wrapped up like a gift waiting to be unwrapped. It's a fusion that's as daring as it is delicious. The Lychee Duck Curry is a love affair between roasted duck and spicy coconut red curry, with lychee, cherry tomato, bell pepper, basil, and pineapple adding sweetness and depth to this rich, aromatic embrace. The Spicy Eggplant, with its sautéed eggplant, finger pepper, bell pepper, and basil in a spicy tangy black bean sauce, is a fiery flirtation with the tastier side of danger. Meanwhile, the Volcano Seafood is an eruption of flavors, with shrimps, scallops, mussels, squid, and jumbo lump crabmeat creating a seismic shift in your seafood expectations.I would be remiss if there wasn't a mention of the truly fantastic noodle dishes with a southern Thai twist -- their signature Dok Khao Pad Thai and Bamee Gang. The Pad Thai Pad Thai, a riff on the classic, where thin rice noodles dance with peanut, roasted pork, egg, bok choy, and bean sprouts in a homemade spicy sweet soy sauce that's nothing short of legendary. The Bamee Gang takes your taste buds on a journey where egg noodles and marinated grilled chicken mingle with bok choy, ginger, and crushed peanut in a spicy curry sauce that's as complex as Bangkok's bustling streets.Desserts at Dok Khao are the perfect encore to an already spectacular meal. The Thai Tea Creme Brulee is a silky seduction of Thai Tea custard with a hint of vanilla bean and a touch of Grand Marnier, while the Golden Banana and Mango Sticky Rice are sweet serenades to the soul, ending the meal on a high note of tropical bliss.Overall, Dok Khao is a vibrant celebration of Thai cuisine, served with a side of flair and a dash of whimsy. So, if you're in Columbia and your spirit yearns for an adventure, let Dok Khao be your guide. It's a journey where every dish is a destination, and every sip of their fantastic cocktails is a toast to the tantalizingly tasty cuisine of Southeast Asia.
