The least efficient dunkin in the area. Drive through is often backed up and in store service is just as slow. Update 11/27/25, I ordered a simple medium coffee. I then watched them fill 2 box of Joe and then completely ignore my order until I said something.

The lines are usually very long in the drive through and they are really slow. I try not to go very often for this reason, however, there are times where I happen to be in that area. I have recently gone twice very early at 6am and the coffee is horrible. It taste burnt and it's very low quality. At 6am?!! They open at 5am! I am done here.

I hate doing this but I have to. This DD is the slowest location I’ve ever been to and they completely ignore orders sometimes. I placed a pick up order a few days ago 10 minutes before I got there. No one inside, three people in the drive through at arrival. I went in and saw my ticket, but nothing finished yet. All good, they must be working on it? I see my order on their board. It’s number two in line. They kept preparing other orders and never touched mine. I waited a few minutes then asked them if they were working on it. He said yes then never looked up again. My daughter was in the car so I went out and decided to drive through the drive through. Spoke to the guy through the speaker and told him him I was there for pick up. Got to the window, he hadn’t even started. Then had to wait for him to make the drink and put a sandwich in the heater. I understand if you’re busy, there might be a wait… but at least 20 new people came through before they touched my mobile order. It’s unacceptable.

I ordered hot latte but what i got that is no way latte. I don’t know what they made. This was second time i tried in this location but never again. Terrible food. Corporate need to do something about this location.

I was the first in line to get 2 regular coffee, and had to wait until they finish everyone else’s order. Their excuse is that there are a lot of customers. Have someone with brain manage this place please.

This location seems to be struggling. I ordered online one day, paying for a latte. They were out of the flavor (pumpkin) and espresso beans. So I paid $5 for a hot coffee…

Wait time in driver thru can vary. Sometimes quick, sometimes waiting for a loooong time.

In the afternoons, they are always a lot slower. I’ll sit at the drive thru to order for 5 mins sometime. Not sure what’s going on in there at that time.

This location has seen better days. It’s seems to have gotten worse over the 3 years I have been going.

I never write reviews, but this place is terrible. Terrible service and terrible food. The workers were lazy and lacked customer service, not once did they communicate with customers. They even took 10-15 minutes just for two drinks. One of the drinks that was made wasn’t even done properly, I ordered the mangonada and there was no chamoy or tajin and was too overly sweet and the ice wasn’t properly blended. I would never recommend this place and it taints the name of Dunkin.

Unbelievable experience. On the menu in the store is an advertisement for $3 medium refreshers for Dunkin reward members. I order one, scan my reward id, and it rings up at $3.70. The cashier says there must be a coupon I need. I say there isn’t, it’s right on the menu in the store. He tried to ring it up again, same price. He says there’s nothing he can do. I point out the menu price. He says he can’t give me that price. I walked out.

I have no idea what is going on here. I pulled up to an empty drive thru and waited between 5 to 10 min for my order to be taken. I gave my order at 6:20pm. One cup of coffee. When I pulled up the two employees were talking, I thought maybe the delay was they were training however I didn't expect to be told they have to brew coffee. For the coffee I had ordered 15 minutes prior. Almost a half hour for ONE CUP OF COFFEE. I ended up scanning the QR and trying to do the survey...but it states the survey # and store code are not correct. I'm so surprised.
