I never write reviews, but this place is terrible. Terrible service and terrible food. The workers were lazy and lacked customer service, not once did they communicate with customers. They even took 10-15 minutes just for two drinks. One of the drinks that was made wasn’t even done properly, I ordered the mangonada and there was no chamoy or tajin and was too overly sweet and the ice wasn’t properly blended. I would never recommend this place and it taints the name of Dunkin.

Unbelievable experience. On the menu in the store is an advertisement for $3 medium refreshers for Dunkin reward members. I order one, scan my reward id, and it rings up at $3.70. The cashier says there must be a coupon I need. I say there isn’t, it’s right on the menu in the store. He tried to ring it up again, same price. He says there’s nothing he can do. I point out the menu price. He says he can’t give me that price. I walked out.

I have no idea what is going on here. I pulled up to an empty drive thru and waited between 5 to 10 min for my order to be taken. I gave my order at 6:20pm. One cup of coffee. When I pulled up the two employees were talking, I thought maybe the delay was they were training however I didn't expect to be told they have to brew coffee. For the coffee I had ordered 15 minutes prior. Almost a half hour for ONE CUP OF COFFEE. I ended up scanning the QR and trying to do the survey...but it states the survey # and store code are not correct. I'm so surprised.

I recently moved to Columbia and was happy that there was a Dunkin was down the street from me. I visited it a couple of times and has been disappointed by the service and food items. One time I asked for a powder donuts, it was hard and small. I asked if I could get another one because it wasn't fresh, he gave me the evil eye and walked off. He returned with a donut that felt exactly the same. The donut went straight in the trash. Today, I was in desperate need of coffee. I stopped there, which i should've to get some coffee, and ice cream with sprinkles. The coffee was nasty. Had to ask if they can add something to it because it tasted burnt. We drove off then realized, the sprinkles weren't fresh. It tasted old. We went back and walked in to asked for another type of sprinkles. Same thing. That was degusting. We then asked for just a scoop of ice cream. Never again will I visit there. I love Dunkin but that location needs some serious help.

They act like a little extra liquid is coming out of their paycheck. I only ask for less ice so the drink doesn’t get watered down and this is what I get.
