We popped over to check out Granite and will swing by the new Circuit Court afterward. We came to DD for some morning joe. The coffee was good. The service was friendly. There are plenty of interesting decorations to look at. Bravo and Merry Christmas!! šŸ©šŸŽ„šŸŽ…šŸŽ

Over the past 2 weeks, I've had to guess whether or not my coffee will come out as ordered. I would say probably 50% of the time now...they have made it wrong. They have new staff working and the manager is at the window giving the drinks out but I guess hasn't done a good enough job training her new hires. There was no flavor or sugar in my coffee today and it hasn't been the first time. I'm now asking through the app to escalate my claim so the over $8 I spent is not just given back to me in 250 points that does not equal a replacement coffee. Go to the Dunkin off Snowden near the rt 100 exits instead. I know I will be. This one off Annapolis Rd is not getting their orders right and you'll waste your money.

There seems to be some miscommunication or lack of training when in the morning I'll mobile order a large iced coffee and it is in the correct large cup. Then every once in a while when I stop through mid afternoon. Same order. Buti get.a medium cup. Some consider this as theft. I think of it as a major let down.

As others have stated, if I could give less than one star I would. Every time I go here I tell myself it needs to be the last time, but then I somehow trick myself into going back. But today finally broke me. I order ahead on the app, because otherwise they will get the order wrong. Pull up to the drive through and see a 3 car line and instantly know this will be a 20 minute ordeal. I was wrong. It was a 28 minute ordeal. To get coffee and donuts I pre-ordered. The absolute best moment was being told to wait to order and sitting, in silence, for 5 entire minutes. Go here only if you have infinite time and patience and don't mind substandard food and service. I finally used up my points and so am free to never return.

They shut half the place down on sundays for cleaning when there is no signs or anything posted. Waited 20 minutes in line only to find out they cant make a coffew drink I was excited for only to be told with an attitude that the place is being cleaned later today so we shut it down this morning. Thank god they clean but on a busy sunday with no signs posted is not how it should be done. Im sick of this place. Nasty attitudes and lazy staff. They need to be managed by someone who knows what they are doing.

I am visiting this area for a soccer tournament and ordered Dunkin on the mobile app for a quick pick up around 7 pm. Whoever made my food should be given a promotion! It was hot, fresh and was very good. Usually, when I go to Dunkin, I am used to loving the coffee and thinking the food was okay. I don't know what this location does differently, but I really enjoyed the breakfast bagel and loaded hash browns. It is an older building and smaller, but I loved the atmosphere. There were some kids hanging in there with food, and they were being respectful. It was just nice to see kids having a place to buy something and hang out for a little bit. It gave it a homey type feel. Great job today!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. Service always is very slow. Never takes less than 20 min for my coffee. I don’t know if they need more staff but it really turns me off to come to this location. I will be going out of my way to go to farther Dunkin’ Donuts where the service is much better.

Fine for an on-the-run breakfast or donuts IF there isn't a line for the drive up window. DO NOT ORDER ahead of time on the mobile app. Only order via drive thru if there isn't a line. otherwise, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in line.
