Really the worst location. If you go inside you can’t get waited on (kiosk system is worthless). If you drive thru the staff doesn’t speak English (a jelly filled donut, took two people and they didn’t understand). Last time dropped our credit card out the window. Today we got day old donuts and not what we wanted. If it wasn’t for a toddler that liked pink icing and sprinkles we’d never ever go back

The location to the store is super convenient when I’m in the office and the staff for the most part is pretty friendly, but Inevitably two out of three times that I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts there is something missing from my order or they don’t have the items sufficiently in stock. So if you just want a cuppa coffee and you weren’t doing anything for the office (especially specialty doughnuts) that I think that this place is fine. If you’re gonna order off the menu or grab specialty donuts probably in for disappointment.

Location is convenient, and I wish I could rate this store higher, but it's crazy understaffed so wait times are ridiculous. One employee running the whole store on a Saturday morning is ridiculous. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order and I ended up leaving with only part of my order because I wasn't about to wait another 15 minutes for a single donut while another 4 people in the store were waiting on their orders. The employee was nice and was trying, but there's only so much she could do at once.

I wanted this to be my favorite location as it is so conveniently placed but this place is meh.It looks understaffed, and the service is lacking...there is usually only 1-2 employees and they always look bored and emotionless, like a drone.Last week I ordered the new hash brown bowl with melty cheese and took a bite while still in the store...the melty cheese was ice cold. I asked about this and was told by both employees "that's how it comes". They indicated they had no way to heat up the cheese. I find this impossible to believe because what franchise would launch a new savory breakfast bowl to be served with cold cheese? And they have a microwave. Its one thing to do an avocado toast with prepackaged smashed avocado right out of the fridge... its another to dump cold cheese on hot hash browns.I may still visit this location periodically as a last resort for coffee, but they should really do better in this prime niche location if they want to stay open.
