I come to Columbia to visit my boyfriend. This time I came for five days, and every time I’ve come, they’re very polite, and very nice every single time. I love this Dunkin more than the ones in my actual area.
Location is convenient, and I wish I could rate this store higher, but it's crazy understaffed so wait times are ridiculous. One employee running the whole store on a Saturday morning is ridiculous. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order and I ended up leaving with only part of my order because I wasn't about to wait another 15 minutes for a single donut while another 4 people in the store were waiting on their orders. The employee was nice and was trying, but there's...
Severely under staffed, can take 15 or more minutes to get your order. Often time self check out kiosks are half broken and customers are jam packed waiting. Good coffee when you can get it... if you have time to wait for it.
