This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. Staff is extremely rude, spends all day on their phones or sitting on the countertops where food is prepared. They throw your doughnuts in bags and act as if you ordering anything is a problem.
And don’t even bother trying to file a complaint. This location is a franchise and will send you a bullshit email stating that they’ll give you a gift card but you’ll never receive it and when you try to contact them again about it they completely ghost you.
DO NOT GO HERE. Spend the extra dollars and go to Nordstrom coffee cafe where the staff are extremely friendly!

I found a blended up bug in my drink today. I go here all the time and rarely have an issue except today. This morning when I received my drink I noticed some little brown flakes on top of my drink but I assumed it was some food crumbs or something that accidentally got into my drink and didn’t think anything of it. As I was drinking my drink more brown pieces started floating to the top of my drink. When I finally analyzed what they were I was horrified to find out they were pieces of bugs. It looked like a roach of some type. I also had drunk about 3/4 of my drink by that time. I don’t even want to know how much I ingested. Very grossed out :(

Tuesday 09/12 at 5pm.. wait 5 minutes for the employee to finish his call and comeback from the lobby (comfy chairs next to the stand) I asked for a cappuccino and he said no hot drinks available and gave to my son a cup of iced milk. I cameback and wait another 5min for him to finish another call, I went to him and I asked for a cappuccino or my refund, he walked to me, gave me a refund with the most lazy attitude I ever saw on my life…Pictures will be attached…Dunkin cappuccinos

Was at the mall and ordered frozen Caramel coffee and snacking bacon. Was going to make coffee at home but been here a few years ago when this spot at mall first opened. Coffee was hot and fresh and prepared properly. Now, Older gentleman working looked like he wasnt familiar with drink recipe. Drink was not made well, and bacon was not cooked long enough and greasy. I will stick to my regular spot on shaker drive. This napkin shows the greasy bacon I had to use a napkin to sop it up before I could eat it. Never had I had ice and cream well up in the cup like this.

On July 24th, my family and I decided to visit this coffee shop for non-dairy lattes since we cannot consume dairy. I made sure to ask and confirm for oat milk in all of our drinks, and even the drink cups had stickers stating oat milk.Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The matcha lattes were poorly made, with the matcha powder not mixed in at all, making it seem like a toddler had prepared the drinks. The iced latte that I ordered for myself appeared to be pure milk with no coffee added.After drinking a bit, we realized that the barista had used dairy milk instead of oat milk.Unfortunately, this led to my sister feeling unwell and eventually throwing up. I returned to explain the situation to the cashier who took my order, but the older man who made the drinks was unapologetic and seemed nonchalant.The service was terrible, and the lack of accountability was disappointing. Only the young cashier offered an apology at the end of the refund process. I am very dissatisfied with our experience and we have no intention of returning to this coffee shop.Currently, I am still waiting for the refund to process from the bank, which only adds to the frustration of our unfortunate visit.I do not recommend getting drinks from this Dunkin. Go to another location outside of this mall.
