Charging a dollar for water is un American. Also coffee is mediocre. Don't really want to come to establishments that charge for a cup of water. Dunkin is already mediocre as is.

We order weekly from this location. Food, drinks and donuts. Lately every time we go to pickup they ask what we're waiting for. It seems like the system doesn't work well for orders containing drinks and food, the hot food comes out and the donuts and drinks get forgotten about. One time for over 20 minutes the hot food was ready with no sign of drinks and donuts. The bread is occasionally burned, last week our hot food order was completely wrong. This location seems to be going downhill.

this place is the best!!! i come here every morning for the past 3 yrs and its exceptional service!! and yesterday the guy at the donuts just gave me 4 donuts for free!! like it dosent get better than that. highly recommend coming here it’s phenomenal!!

This store often does not have the products that they advertise on their mobile app, and do not know how to change this. Other stores adjust what they have available on their app. They won't make it right when you question them on it, even though it is false advertising.

I've had positive experiences at this location. The staff is always friendly. It can get busy at times, but it's worth waiting 1-2 minutes. My family and I choose this specific location because of the great service. There are two young men who are typically on the mic at the drive thru they are always very respectful and polite.

Always getting a up cup..love the people and the coffee
It was ok. I hadn't been to this location in quite a while and decided to get a drive-thru donut! The attendant acted as if he couldn't hear/understand me, but he finally gave me what I asked for (a sour cream cake donut). Of course, I didn't need it, but I enjoyed it on my road trip!

They use the same heat sheet between orders and they should not! I was standing at counter for over 5 minutes to order and they keep look at me I’m there for decoration. If I could I would give negative star! They owner should teach them what is the sanitary standards in United States ASAP!!
Went early in morning before 7am wanted the pepper bacon croissant first time like 4 hard shrunk black bacon. Took back all they did was add more black hard bacon on there never redone the sandwich. A waste of 6 dollars would never go back such a wast. Should close down ??♀️

I just left this dunkin and will never go back. I decided to sit to have my donut and coffee.I saw this worker coughing while standing in front of the donuts and the other workers were laughing at her. I don't find this funny at all. She stopped when she saw me. They didn't know I was there.I visit here often but I will definitely not be returning.
