I’m a regular. Or was. The new staff don’t work well together and there are frequent issues. They don’t seem to communicate. When I’m the second one in the store for the day, and my coffee and bagel is ready from my mobile order, and all I’m waiting on is a donut…? It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to hand me that donut. I left because they didn’t even acknowledge I had been standing there clearly waiting for a long time for the rest of a mobile order. And I can see the donuts and all you have to do is hand one to me so I can leave. Again.. second person in the store of the day. Nobody else’s names were even on the screen for mobile orders yet. So I left without my donut because I didn’t want to be late to work. And despite saying “excuse me, I’m just waiting on a donut to complete this order and I can be out of your hair”, they just ignored me entirely. There is no customer service anymore. There was one guy that was really great and held it all together, but it appears he’s left this location. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to ask me what item I’m waiting on when you see I’ve been standing there that long, so you can just give it to me and have a completed order

The new staff are really quite nice and have provided good service every time I have visited recently.

Which is a real shame because the actual operation is a complete mess. They seem to frequently be out of general items like donuts. They close at 4 PM; which is wild by itself, but they really close much earlier because the doors lock well before 3:40 (the latest I have visited).

I hope the operational management works out the kinks before too many consumers are pushed away. The staff themselves really are great.

This Dunkin on Harper's Farm Rd SUCKS. I have been trying to support them. Today I had to wait for over 15 minutes for a sandwich. I am done. Will never go there again.

How does a Dunkin NEVER have donuts? I’ve been here 3 times in the last month and they’re sold out by 11am. I always get Boston cream donuts for my co workers and they have never (NOT ONCE) had any in store. Not to mention there’s no drive thru and the parking lot is packed so you have to park far away only to be disappointed by a donut shops with no donuts.

Management needs to move the excess employees to morning shift to bake more donuts.

My wife went two days in a row and they were closed before 4 PM both times. The first day, she did a mobile order at 3:40, got there at 3:50, the door was locked, and the worker said that he had thrown away the coffee and couldn't give a refund. He told her to come back the next day, which she did at 3:15 PM, and the door was already locked. She was told that they were closed through the locked door until the worker from the day before saw her and told his coworker that they needed to get her her drink. This location already closes so early in the day, so it is extremely frustrating that they decide to close even earlier without posting anything or disabling mobile orders. We will not be returning.

Claims a 4pm closing time however locks the door at 3:30? No signage, no postings, no warning ahead of time. Waste of time and disrespectful attitude from the Assistant Manager who said it’s not his responsibility to keep operation hours known to the public.

My son frequents the barbershop 2 spaces down from this Dunkin. Every single time we have gone in here, there is ALWAYS something wrong. We went after his haircut on Friday, 4/19/24 around 4:20-4:30 PM ish, to get a Vanilla Bean Coolata and a Cold brew with Sweet Foam, cream, and Sweet n Low. The place was practically empty with the exception of 2 teenagers sitting and having a conversation. There were 2 employees working. One employee with locs (hairstyle), was eating in plain sight right behind the counter. He was assisting the other employee who appeared to be a new hire. My cold brew order was wrong as I didn't get my sweet foam as I had asked. The blender for making the Coolata never works. I have tried to order the same type of Coolata at least 4 times since the fall and I am ALWAYS told it is broken. The new hire employee proceeds to try and make it while the employee with locs, who is still eating right behind the counter, watches him put all the ingredients in the blender pitcher and before he even goes over to test out the machine that blends the ingredients together, the employee with the locs tells him it doesn't work. The new hire tells me that it doesn't work and do I want my money back? I said of course and the employee with locs helped him with the transaction, then (employee with locs) leaves and talks to an employee who works at Rita's close by (one store down). For it to be never crowded in there, I now understand why. No matter which day of the week or time of day it is when I have stopped at this Dunkin, it's empty because nothing works or the orders are wrong.The employee with locs comes back to place a donut in a Dunkin bag. Does not wash his hands or anything. Needless to say, I will no longer go into this Dunkin for anything. I will take myself to the Starbucks inside the Safeway that's across the parking lot.

I hate doing this but what is it with the Donuts? Why are they always stale? I'm talking crusty stupid stale, and rock hard the following day. I have tested this and bought donuts from other Dunkins and this is the only one I run into this issue with. Please fix. Please.

The lady working in the lobby area was really nice and helpful. They provided very friendly service which is not the usual at Dunkin donuts.
