This place has no problem essentially taking your money and giving you nothing in return (that’s called stealing btw). I ordered breakfast on the app and included two orders of hasbrown. My partner picked up the order and in the car we noticed there were no hash browns. Went back inside and tell them this, and another customer is complaining of the same thing. The person working says they don’t have any hash browns. Ok? Maybe don’t take my money for something you apparently don’t have? If I hadn’t checked the bag, I would haven’t noticed til I got home. They begrudgingly gave us two donuts instead, after saying no when we asked for a bagel or something. So they’re picky about what substitutions they offer, but choose not to tell you when they’ve left something out of your order that they accepted your money for (despite them having the opportunity to either make it unavailable on the app or simply telling me in person that part of my order couldn’t be fulfilled and giving me a partial refund). Absolutely terrible business practice to sneakily and knowingly steal from customers.
Also sometimes they sell you stale donuts. Lame.

I've been trying this Dunks off and on for the five years I've lived in this area. I swear they never get my coffee order correct. It's a little embarrassing, but I guess it's mostly my fault for continuing to try?

I absolutely LOVE this location . The donuts are always so soft and fresh . They melt like butter on your palette just delicious . Also this is the only location that makes my caramel iced coffee right the first time around ?

Don’t get the “Dunkin exclusive drinks in your app. They have NO idea how to make things they advertise. I’m 99% this is NOT a whipped coffee but rather cold foam on the top of an iced one… Very disappointed and likely won’t even bother again. It’s also quite a bit more expensive so I basically paid for nothing…
Tried having them remake it twice but they had zero idea what to do ??

We got a takeout for breakfast. Out of three bagels two of the bagels had a tiny touch of cream cheese while the third was fine. And we ordered a side of hash browns and there were literally 3 pieces, I have never had such experience at another dunkin

Despite residing just 5-8 minutes away, mobile pick-up orders consistently require additional waiting time beyond the allocated preparation period. However, it's worth noting that the upside lies in the consistent quality of hot and ready meals. In summary, while the location is not bad, a few adjustments in service could significantly enhance the overall quality of the experience.

First visit on Sunday morning. Small selection of doughnuts. Our glazed donut and sour dough were both stale. We have enjoyed dunkin donuts in other locations and hope this does not reflect current standards.

Snowden river parkway location is pure perfection. They know you. They have an awesome system. I've spent many mornings this summer in and out and the online ordering is super convenient. Exactly what you need. They are rarely behind on orders unless they are short handed or very busy. It is obvious they know what they're doing. Even in the fly, if you forget to make an online order, this team is in sync. A well trusted location, and I've been to 5 out here. This one comes to mind 1st. Make your way over! The points seriously help too! Thank you for great service and a peace of mind weekly! 50 stars! Lol
