The manager charged me for an item that posted for purchase on the DoorDash site. They refused to allow me to get a refund because I did jot want to exchange for another product. Then told me I would have to rearrange for delivery if I chose to exchange for something else. Poor service and the manager was rude and refusing to listen to the customer concern. Poor service! I called customer service to deal with this and no resolution! Money taken!

The drive thru Teller couldn't understand that I only wanted a little cream in my coffee. I honestly think that it was a cultural thing or maybe a language barrier, but then he got smart with me and called me bro. I told him at this point, I don't trust that you'll serve me my coffee in the best way so nevermind. He told me to have a nice day.

this place is actually insane. i've had issues before but today was crazy. i went to order the cookie butter cold brew and i got the random candy from halloween on top in stead of the cookie crumble. i tried to speak with them about it but they argued with me saying that this is the new cookie butter cold brew. went to a different dunkin and got what i wanted.

I've been to this location at least five times now, and every time I've gone it's been a pleasant experience! Staff is genuine, and my iced coffee is always prepared very well. I ordered food for the first time today, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this location!

Made a mobile order for to go. It located in a shopping center with LA Mart, so parking was free. The drive through was clearly marked and was very convenient. Arrived at the time of promise and the order was ready. The coffees were hot as expected. It was not crowded on the Sunday morning. The restroom was probably locked by the previous patron.

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ fan for years, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. Whether it’s their perfectly brewed coffee or the delicious array of donuts, every visit feels like a treat. The staff at my local Dunkin’ are always friendly and fast, and they make sure each order is just right. Maurice was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and made one of the best sandwiches and drink i’ve ever had from dunkin. I really recommend the Raspberry Watermelon refresher and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. And how Maurice made it was just right. Nice and soft bagel bun, but perfectly toasted. He did not skimp on the bacon like every other dunkin does, the cheese was perfectly melted compared to those clumps of cheese. The refresher really woke me up, with the perfect amount of sweetness but sourness. The ice was perfect, and so was the color. It looked exactly like the advertisement. If you're looking for a reliable and consistently great experience, the Oakland Mills Dunkin’ is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. While doing laundry this evening I decided to walk over to this location at 5pm to sit and enjoy some coffee while waiting on my clothes to finish. As I arrived I was told that I could not enter even though they close at 7pm. A rude Mexican man with greyish hair told me that I had to walk to the drive through window because he closed the inside early. I then went to order my exact same coffee that I get 3x a week from the location on university boulevard and he tried to charge me .75 cents more than what I know the drink costs.The price difference was not even the biggest deal it was his demeanor.. He became loud and argumentative with me so I decided to walk away. I will not come to this location again. I highly advise any and everyone to drive a few extra minutes to go to a different location to receive better treatment. I drove over to the one near my house (where the customer service is always top tier) and ordered my favorite drink.
