Food is standard dunkin fare, but sometimes they don't have all of the donuts that are options on the mobile app.I will say that the manager substituted the mossing jelly donut for another of my choice AND gave an extra of the another option that inhad ordered without being asked. So they do go the extra mile even when the service isn't perfect.Not very much seating, and i wish there was an outdoor seating area.Overall its a good place to walk to if its close by, but nothing special. Oh, but the apple fritter is really good.

Why does the picture on the app NOT match what I order? I have repeatedly ordered the frozen chocolate drink using the app from this particular Dunkin Donuts location (5880 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia Maryland) and when ordering it through the app, I never receive what is pictured in the app. It NEVER has the chocolate syrup drizzle inside the cup nor on the whipped cream on top. I know that they add the chocolate drizzle because I've ordered this once in-person at this same location and it came as pictured in the app. Albeit, I had to make sure to ask them to do it AND was charged extra for it. (Also, why am I being charged when the pictures for this product IN STORE and in the app show it with the chocolate drizzle?) If I order this using the app, why doesn't it come with the chocolate drizzle? I asked the manager on duty and he told me that you have to ask them to do it. So I told him that there's no option on the app to ask them to include the chocolate drizzle. He said to ask the staff to do it when I pick up my order in-store. So when I told him to add the chocolate drizzle in the drink that had none, he drizzled chocolate syrup on the top of the drink because obviously you can't drizzle inside the cup when the drink has already been made. (See the picture of what I received. It looks NOTHING like the product photo!) When I order from Starbucks, or a drink from any restaurant for the matter, it comes as how it is pictured and they don't charge extra for the option because it is already built into the price! And you don't have to ask for it because it's a standard ingredient in making the drink. If I was adding extra flavor shots to the drink, I understand the added cost since it's not a standard ingredient that is used to make the drink. Dunkin Donuts' product picture for the frozen chocolate drink SHOWS chocolate drizzle so I expect it to be included without having to ask for it to be. At other restaurants or coffee shops it is assumed that the product comes similar to what is pictured and if you don't want the chocolate drizzle then you ask for it to be omitted in the drink, not the other way around and asking it to be put in when it's a standard ingredient to begin with. If I order the bacon & egg wake up wrap, you don't omit the bacon and then later tell me I need to ask for it AND charge me extra for the bacon. To me, this is a way that this particular location is trying to cut costs or pinch pennies by omitting ingredients and then charging customers extra to have the standard ingredient added back to the drink. I mean is a few cents worth the cost of losing a customer over? Like I said before, this isn't a one off, I have ordered this drink at least 4 times at this location using the app and every single time they do not put in the chocolate drizzle! My recommendation is to stay away from this location.

I went through the drive thru today, 7/2/23, asking for 2 Apple Fritter and 2 Cinnamon rolls. I was charged for both, but was only given 2 Apple Fritters.By the time I realized it they were closed because I didn't go to eat them until this evening at about 8:30pm.They usually do better but either way, this is bad service.
