The restaurant was packed on a Saturday morning for brunch but the wait was short and the staff were all so friendly. Can’t begin to say just how amazing the food was! Wife and I were in and out in about an hour.
The watermelon wake up was a delicious and refreshing mojito inspired uncarbonated juice that is freshly squeezed each morning. As a lover of mojitos, I highly recommend! The staff is courteous and personal in their interactions, serving the person, not the customer. I've come two mornings in a row during my visit to Columbia area, having the salmon fritata my first visit, and the tri-athlete my second.
This is easily my favorite breakfast restaurant. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the menu has good variety so I can always find something no matter the brunch craving. I only wish they were open later because I love having breakfast for dinner!
