This is easily the worst 5 guys location Iāve ever been to. The burgers are always dry, the staff is rude and unwelcoming and the itās just overall a terrible experience everytime. Iāve even given them the benefit of the doubt and tried multiple times in the last few years and itās always the same. They need to retrain or get rid of the current staff and get this location back up to snuff cuz they just aināt it.

I decided to get lunch here. I have only been to a Five Guys once before, and was unexceptional. I thought I would give it another try. The bun was soggy, and as usual, there was a large portion of fries. But $22 for a cheeseburger, fries and a soda is just too much. I could have gotten a sit down lunch at a diner or restaurant for that price.

AWFUL! That play too much. I ordered a single cheese burger or little w mustard mayo n raw onions n lettuce on the side. Had to go back for mustard n mayo had to go back for onions at this point give money backš . Had to show receipts n they want to demonstrate to me whatās on the ticket.. uhh I CAN READā¼ļø I told him āthe order was taken wrong - I dnt work hereā so as not to lose money āwe can make you another at no chargeā. I was lke āWell yeah at no chargeā. š the person who took the order was sad and/or tired. I said we all tired⦠but looked over at the two senoritas⦠PERFECT BURGER. Yeah š§šš¤
On 9/14 , busy Saturday, I forgot to make my orders a lettuce wrap and they remade them for me! I offered to pay of course but they did that for me! So patient

There are 2 registers, correct?
There was a big line during lunch time because of some issues in one register. Thatās understandable, but atleast open the 2nd one. Someone asked who I assume is the manager to open the second register and he had a little attitude.
So I left. I was really really craving Five Guys today so Iām disappointed.

Great service! They saw the line was getting a little long, and immediately someone jumped on the second register to help people faster. Food is good, as you'd expect from any Five Guys.
