This location has messed up my order three times in a row over the course of one month. Find another location if you want an accurate order. It is not worth the price paid to continuously get the wrong food.

Came in tonight and had a great meal that the crew made very quickly. They all seemed to have a sense of urgency which i think we can all agree is well appreciated nowadays in the food industry.
Arturo, one of the crew members that rang in my order, was extremely polite, quick to act, and genuinely appreciative when i left a tip.
He seems like a younger kid, which made it upsetting that the manager or shift lead, by how she acted, was super hard on him as if he ever took a lazy moment which he didnt. She must have thought that because i’m white that i dont speak Spanish, but i heard and understood what she was saying to him. I didnt really need to understand spanish, her attitude spoke universally. Besides her sideshow act, id say this is the best five guys ive been to. Good work guys!

Had been craving a burger so I decided to go to Five Guys. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink and waited around 10 mins for my order to be ready. I get my order and go back to work to realize they forgot to put the meat and cheese inside the buns! They put all the toppings i asked for but forgot to add the cheeseburger part 🙃 don't have the time to drive back another 15 mins to go get my patty but it was incredibly disappointing to pay $21 for vegetables and 2 buns. Really disappointing

I was very happy when they opened a Five Guys restaurant in my neighborhood. My go-to meal is a Little Cheeseburger, Small Cajun Fries and a Fountain Soda. Nothing beats that Five Guys taste! And if I'm not in the mood for a burger, I will switch it up and enjoy an all-beef Hot Dog with mustard!

Burger was juicy as expected from Five Guys. Fries were little stale. Food came out decent fast
Was rung up by Anthony. Only ordered a large fry. Asked for them to be cooked welldone and even double checked after noticing he only called out a large fry without the special request and nothing on the receipt mentioned the special request either. After receiving the fries it was obvious The request was ignored.

Food quality has definitely gone down hill. Went for lunch and got a small bacon cheeseburger. No bacon, unmelted cheese and this is probably on me but the veggies being added raw blew my mind. The person at the register could’ve at least asked preference or something. Customer service was very poor; there were more employees on the floor hanging around than customers. The only saving grace for this place is their fries.

Katye had such a positive attitude even when it looked liked she was short staffed for a minute. When her teammates returned, they both also seemed to have great attitudes. The assumed manager was greeting each new customer with a friendly hello. They seemed to have a great team mentality. Food was as good as usual for a Five Guys. Sucker for those fries.
