This place is super expensive for what you’re getting. It’s base level ingredients, potatoes aren’t that expensive. Also, the way Five Guys cooks their fries as a whole is pretty awful it’s just over cooked mushy sticks. Staff was friendly though and let me correct my order.

I usually gate-keep places I like, but this Five Guys off of Dobbins in Columbia, MD is top-tier. It's always clean (like really clean), the people who work there are very nice. You can tell they want you to enjoy your food. If you are looking for a nice inexpensive spot to have lunch try them. They now have the combo deal, where you get burger, fries and a soda.

Terrible service! The food was served to us like we were pigs or smth… It was our first and last time visiting this place! One of the most terrible food experience we have ever had in life. McDonalds across the street would even be a better choice.

My husband and I are still recovering from food poisoning. We believe it was from the onions given that we both got them on our burger and our daughter did not. Thankfully our daughter is fine. The staff was friendly, but not enough to outweigh the stress of food poisoning.

This location has messed up my order three times in a row over the course of one month. Find another location if you want an accurate order. It is not worth the price paid to continuously get the wrong food.
Came in tonight and had a great meal that the crew made very quickly. They all seemed to have a sense of urgency which i think we can all agree is well appreciated nowadays in the food industry.
Arturo, one of the crew members that rang in my order, was extremely polite, quick to act, and genuinely appreciative when i left a tip.
He seems like a younger kid, which made it upsetting that the manager or shift lead, by how she acted, was super hard on him as if he ever took a lazy moment which he didnt. She must have thought that because i’m white that i dont speak Spanish, but i heard and understood what she was saying to him. I didnt really need to understand spanish, her attitude spoke universally. Besides her sideshow act, id say this is the best five guys ive been to. Good work guys!

Had been craving a burger so I decided to go to Five Guys. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink and waited around 10 mins for my order to be ready. I get my order and go back to work to realize they forgot to put the meat and cheese inside the buns! They put all the toppings i asked for but forgot to add the cheeseburger part 🙃 don't have the time to drive back another 15 mins to go get my patty but it was incredibly disappointing to pay $21 for vegetables and 2 buns. Really disappointing

I was very happy when they opened a Five Guys restaurant in my neighborhood. My go-to meal is a Little Cheeseburger, Small Cajun Fries and a Fountain Soda. Nothing beats that Five Guys taste! And if I'm not in the mood for a burger, I will switch it up and enjoy an all-beef Hot Dog with mustard!
