I usually have no issue with this place and actually enjoy the food. But recently, I ordered through their app and it they apparently use DoorDash for delivery. My order was cancelled by the dasher but Five Guys said it had been picked up. I was on the phone for 2 hours back and forth trying to get my refund until five guys finally refunded my money. I won’t be ordering delivery anymore.

Paid for extra cheese on my cheeseburger and they forgot to put it on. When I asked them to fix it, they gave me a cold slice of cheese in a tray. Insane

Had an online order a paid for a little cheeseburger and the sandwich was soaked in mustard and ketchup, had to be re made. Fries were cold...and now they have bags so you get half the fries than previous. For $18 for a small cheeseburger meal this was highly disappointing. Will never order pick up again.

This place is super expensive for what you’re getting. It’s base level ingredients, potatoes aren’t that expensive. Also, the way Five Guys cooks their fries as a whole is pretty awful it’s just over cooked mushy sticks. Staff was friendly though and let me correct my order.

I usually gate-keep places I like, but this Five Guys off of Dobbins in Columbia, MD is top-tier. It's always clean (like really clean), the people who work there are very nice. You can tell they want you to enjoy your food. If you are looking for a nice inexpensive spot to have lunch try them. They now have the combo deal, where you get burger, fries and a soda.
