Love this place! They have entertainment throughout the week. Karaoke on Sundays is a good time. The bartenders are great, pleasant, and quick! Special shout out to Jay and Eric behind the bar! The space and food are additional bonuses.

Horrible,. Sad because beer is good. My drink took over 30 minutes and manager was so behind on orders he yelled at us, I left without my food and am so unhappy.

We hosted a mom's night out here and it was perfect! The space is great, the staff is very organized and we had a great time. There was a great variety of drink types and the bar food is very elevated and delicious. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked great and the sour was a big hit!Having the QR code for individual ordering on our phones was a huge plus. Can't wait to bring more friends.

See something wrong? Me too kind of missing the right volume for the price. Not recommended

Looking for live music in Howard County? You really only have two choices and Reckless Shepherd is rapidly rising to the top of the list of music destinations, from DC to Baltimore! Anyone who's been around Howard County for a while, knows decades ago there were really only two places to go for live music. Those places, while still around, no longer do live music. Fast forward to the past decade or so, there's been one place that provided live music on a consistent basis (yes, others offer live music, just not consistently.) Today we are back to really only two places.Reckless (Frisco) started off as a brewery with a very large open space and a fairly nice stage setup. As with most places trying to break into live music, they had a bumpy start. Today though, OH MY! This place in less than 6-months has gone from a brewery with a stage, to a music destination with some fine beer and spirits. I'm not sure if the owner(s) brought Kaitlyn in specifically to fix it or if she just realized it needed improvement and ran with it; either way, WOW. We'll come back to the music in a min. If music isn't your reason for being there, on the brewery side, they have some of the best Pub food around, I highly recommend their chicken tenders or the chicken sandwich. If you need or want something a bit more "formal" walk through the long corridor to the Frisco side where they have a full menu and some of the best Whiskey selection around. You really can't go wrong with either side.OK, back to the music. If you are there for the music, you will not be disappointed! They have the sound dialed in, plenty of dance floor space, a tremendous light show and they take it the extra mile by putting on a video display behind the band AND they broadcast the show on a giant sidewall so if you happen to not be able to see the stage, you can still see the show. Regardless of your reason for going or wanting to go, put Reckless Shepherd / Frisco on your list! Whether you want something to eat, something to drink or music, looking for a place to chill out for bit or a large area for a group of friends for a happy hour, make Reckless Shepherd YOUR destination.

First time! Loved the band! Uses a QR code to order. My daughter ordered for me. I don't use QR codes. Very impersonal. I don't like places that don't support the use of servers! Too many round tables to sit at. Hard to eat from! I ordered a burger! It was fair! Onion rings wereawesome but not enough for $6.95.Food is pricey. Want to try the whipped feta cheese next time! The beer pretzel looked to skinny for the price! The bar didn't have much selection. I like liquers. There were none. I drank a Gin and tonic. It was very good. Their drink menu is too pricey. A iced tea is $2.95. A very small cup mostly ice! No refills Isuppose? No sweet tea but had raspberry. Need to offer more than micro beers. I like Stella Artois! They looked short of bartenders and servers to clean your tables. They were extremely busy. I will go back to listen to music.

Big pretzel appetizer was delish. Beer delish. Pizza, eh. Gave us the wrong check, ooooffffy. I'd still go back.
