I had their Dirty Brown Sugar Latte with Pearl and loved it! Friendly staff. The lady at the counter was really nice and she also gave me a cute baby duckling keychain.

Today we had two drinks at this place. Marlin made our drinks so professionally and they were super delicious. We will definitely be buying here again. Highly recommended. Thank you Marilyn for your service!!!!

Automatic tip was added if you don't choose no tip option. Beware! Convenient fee was also added to the bill on top of tax. So 3 fees/tip on the drink.

Hazel and her coworker were so amazing despite closing early they made me a drink before they finished closing up the cafe, my God the drink she made me was amazing it was the “strawberry earl grey milk tea with pearls” 10/10 recommendation

Every time I go to this location, it seems the staff are unwilling to assist customers and go out of their way to make the drinks terrible. My little sister went to the mall with her friends and didn't know how to use the self-order machine, so she asked one of the two workers for help. One worker told her to use the machine and walked away immediately. She tried to explain that she needed assistance, and the workers looked at each other, laughed, and then one finally came to help. Both her drink and mine were absolutely terrible. There was no flavor in the brown sugar milk tea, which is surprising given the nature of the drink. I have had the exact same experience ordering at this location myself so this wasn’t surprising.

While I understand that the machine is there for convenience, it doesn’t change the fact that it is still their job to assist customers when asked. The time it takes to input an order in the self-service machine is about the same as if they did it themselves. I'm not sure what conversation they were having that was so important they couldn’t take 15 seconds to help a customer..

Terrible flavor in my taro milk drink comparing to others places. I don’t think they make it right. Definitely not recommended this location.

I asked for Dirty Brown Sugar Latte and the female cashier was busy doing her make up not even said hi hello or any greetings. I always come here, other cashiers are nice and friendly. But this one with make up lady had me my latte just leave on the counter without calling my order number. And after only three sips my latte is over lol!! Then I noticed the latte is with full of ice. This was my favorite Gong Cha location but no anymore.
