This is me and my partner‘s favorite place in the mall. This has been an absolute necessity. great staff, quick service , great drinks.
I went to Gong cha for the first time on 7/03/2025. Marlen patiently explained the options and I got a delicious Thai tea latte. I was happy I could make it low sugar with oat milk. Can’t wait to try more from their unique menu.
Honestly the cashier was kind of rude and did not have the best customer service. Ruined the overall experience and I was overcharged without a refund.

Absolutely love this place! Gong Cha at Columbia Mall is always a go-to for the perfect bubble tea fix. The drinks are consistently fresh, flavorful, and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, quick, and always gets the order correct. Whether it’s classic milk tea or a fruity refreshment, everything hits the spot. Clean space, good vibes, and amazing boba. Highly recommend!
I had their Dirty Brown Sugar Latte with Pearl and loved it! Friendly staff. The lady at the counter was really nice and she also gave me a cute baby duckling keychain.

Automatic tip was added if you don't choose no tip option. Beware! Convenient fee was also added to the bill on top of tax. So 3 fees/tip on the drink.

Hazel and her coworker were so amazing despite closing early they made me a drink before they finished closing up the cafe, my God the drink she made me was amazing it was the “strawberry earl grey milk tea with pearls” 10/10 recommendation
