food was okay... the music in there was so loud and honestly just bad music.. the big guy behind the register was SO rude the entire time. we had ordered bubble tea with our meal we finished our whole meal (about 30 mins) and it still wasn't ready so we asked how much longer it would take and he says 'about a minute and 30 seconds to strain the tea a minute to add syrup 30 seconds to add ice 30 seconds to shake' he answered every question like we were idiots. he didn't apologize until we asked for a refund and then got nervous because he would have to bring his boss out

Food was hot and had good flavor, those are the compliments I can give. Other than that everything is pretty overpriced. The interior has a “tiktok food” vibe, if that makes sense. Loud music with graphic walls all around. My biggest gripe however was the service. Two gentlemen working with bad attitudes, especially the heavier set fellow with the beard. Couldn’t have been any more rude. Don’t know if I’ll be back honestly.

Food is so fresh. I love that they have so many choices: older one likes the Bobba Tea, younger one likes the waffle while I love spicy chicken. Will come back all the time because service is fast too.

Great chicken and plenty of selections, even boba. However the boba was hard & not fresh. The store was dirty, bathrooms were worse, and the guy taking orders & handing out food had a terrible attitude and was slamming everything behind the counter. Started cleaning & vacuuming as customers were seated & eating and it ruined the atmosphere.

Today we had our order delivered. The delivery time was ok however one of our bags were extremely greasy as if the person who bagged it didn't wash their hands first.

The place is filthy and dirty. Flies and insects flying all over. We told the staff and they did not care about the cleanliness. Fly flew into our food while we were eating. Unclean and poor customer service. Not to mention how overpriced they have become.

This place kicks ass! Got the chicken wrap with hot sauce and it delivered, waffle fries were good too. And bonus the tea shop part is also great, enjoyed a great jasmine honey tee with a milk cap. Will return!

Chicken was really Raw you can't even chew that,I told this to the guy on reception and he said he can't do anything......he didn't give me refund neither gave me a new burger.....I trashed that Burger right Infront of the cashier.......Worst service..... wouldn't recommend it at all
