This has been my go-to place for the past 5-6 years, until today.

I ordered doordash and the driver got lost. I was able to get a hold of the driver and gave my address…in the meanwhile i called the store to see if they had any information in regards to my order/driver.

Doordash called me saying that the store was preparing my order and that i was getting a new order. My original order was supposed to be delivered at 9.02pm, however it was delivered at 9:50pm.

At 8:46 i called the store again to confirm what the doordash agent had said to me over the phone, the guy who picked up my call at Homeslyce was very rude, when i was just trying to explain what was going on and i wanted to get a confirmation of my “new” order…

4 minutes later (9:50pm) my order was delivered.

And this guy who handled my call at homeslyce texted me the following:

went to HomeSlyce on a Thursday evening for a lunch date, and the experience was great! The restaurant was quiet and not crowded, which made it perfect for good conversation. The service was excellent — the staff communicated when needed and were very attentive without being overbearing.

I ordered the salmon salad, which was tasty, though I wish the portion of salmon had been a bit larger. We also shared a pizza, and it was absolutely delicious — flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Home Slice! Great service, cozy atmosphere, and amazing pizza. I’d definitely go back again.

I ordered delivery for our office and love the lunch deals. The Wednesday pizza special is awesome and everyone ordered what they wanted. The food was hot and delicious

I cannot tell you how much I love Homeslyce but I will try and tell you that I’ve been an avid customer for probably a decade, the people that they hire are always sweet and accommodating. It had been some time since we had visited since we live an hour away but it is still true to form. They are the only place that serves AMAZING pizza and PHENOMENAL wings. First the wings are OVEN BAKED!!! This for me is a game changer. Much healthier and tastier. Must definitely get the old bay and mango habanero. The pizza crust is probably my favorite in the state and has no flop even when it’s the Strongman (meat lovers) and to top it off the ingredients like the sausage is sourced locally from farms and that just tastes that much better. My boys love the fries and it’s as if they service their oil a bit better the fries are always fresh and crispy perfectly salted. I met the owner once and he was super cool but our original waiter Wayne and new waitress Zulfiye are the rockstars that make our visits over the top and comfortable. Thanks again Homeslyce

I’ve actually never been there in person, since my husband is immunocompromised and we can’t really risk eating in public. So i can’t speak to the atmosphere- but the food is awesome! The grand classic is amazing and if you want a square pie, theirs is the best. The fries, fried pickles, and the desserts are all also delicious! I’ve only ever had delivery but it always arrives perfect.

One of the better pizzas in Columbia. Salads are surprisingly good and large for a pizza joint. Service is always prompt.

Ordered food off uber eats and within a minute of ordering realized it was getting sent to my work instead of my house so I canceled it still within the minute of ordering and I got charged full price for my order

Since moving to the area, this place has quickly become a favorite. The food is consistently delicious, but what really sets it apart is the service. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and make every visit feel special. It’s the kind of spot you look forward to returning to. Highly recommend giving it a try!
