This is my favorite location. Great service, food is consistently good, especially the steak tips. Our last visit we had the pleasure of being greeted by a very friendly host named Kaden. He's very polite, professional, and accommodating.

Jael has paramount customer service. This was my first time dining in this IHOP. When I entered this IHOP he greeted me with a smile and that is something I do not see much of in this day and time. We visited on the New Years Day around 2:00pm. Really not many customers. After we were seated, no one asked anything for 10 mins. Wife reminded servers that we were ready to order. For another 10 mins, no one came --- In fact, severs aimlessly walked around all the time. Complained to the dude who appears to be a manger at reception desk and he told us we were sitting at a wrong table and did not sound apologetic at all. We did not feel like eating there any more and left immediately. Would never go back there unless I want my gathering to be ruined. Did not eat so gave three stars to Food.

Great place for breakfast. Servers have been professional and amiable. Prices have gone up over the last few years. Used to be able to get breakfast for four for about $35; now it's about $60. Still, it's our go-to place for breakfast.
My order was ready about five minutes after I arrived. For 30 minutes the tall, skinny waiter kept asking for my name to look for my order. My food was just sitting on a shelf that he was walking back in forth of for 30 minutes. So, I got a refund. Never again.

I ordered a family feast. I received waffle instead of pancakes and didn't receive the toppings. I guess it's my fault for expecting the bare minimum of actually getting my order. At least they got the receipt right

My waiter was so kind and very paitent. He checked up on us often and answered every question I had. My silverware was a little dirty when I unrolled it from my napkin and he asked if I'd prefer plastic just to be safe.
