I’m not super into BBQ, but Iron Flag BBQ has changed everything for me. The brisket was tender, pulled pork was to die. The Mac and cheese surprised me the most, hands down the best Mac and cheese I’ve had! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend that you stop by the Iron Flag BBQ food truck. Yesterday, I had the most delicious Brisket - moist and tender. And a great selection of delicious sauces. Pork loin was excellent.The home made German potato salad was awesome with bacon throughout. Slaw was fabulous and also home made. In fact, everything is home made and they use USDA Prime meats. Worth it in every way!!!
