Don't listen to bad reviews here. They make an amazing dragonfruit acai bowl. They added whey protein per my request and it's only a few cents more to do it. Would definitely get protein shakes or bowls from here again. ? Keep up the great work. ??

Ordered an Aloha Pineapple and was presented with a drink that was pink in color and tasted like banana and strawberries. When I questioned the proprietor he said that that is what an Aloha Pineapple drink was supposed to taste like because they added banan and strawberries. When I refused to take it and opted instead for a Mango drink he said that it would taste the same. And then refunded my money . I don’t get it. What sort of a business man do you have to be to shoot your self in the foot when you tell your customers that pineapple and magi drinks will taste the same and that too like strawberry and bananas. Horrible store. Rude proprietor. I will never shop there again. Corporate Jamba Juice should withdraw their license.

I had newly discovered Jamba juice and I like their apples and greens. I usually buy it when I go to the mall. I was at the Columbia mall, and I decided to stop by the Jamba juice there. There was a guy and a lady working at the location, I then asked the guy taking the orders if I could make a slight change, I asked for more greens and apples and less juice, he then relayed my request to the lady that prepares the drink, I noticed she said something angrily in Spanish then proceeded to make the juice, luckily for me I was watching her because I was wondering what she said in anger in Spanish to the guy that took the order, to my dismay I saw her quickly dip her fingers inside my drink as she was preparing it, not knowing I was watching her, her back slightly turned to me in the process, I then screamed and alerted the other guy, he apologized and offered to make me another drink, I declined and walked away. I called the location’s manager and reported the incident. I have not bought any Jamba juice since then. I will visit other locations when I get over that horrid experience. That was a sadistic behavior.
