I ordered Jason's Deli through CarerNation for a work luncheon. This was my first time ordering from them, but based off of the pictures and reviews, I gave them a try.
They did not disappoint!! Everyone loved the food, which overlooked the small issue of them being late. But that was a given, especially seeing that today it was raining and the distance between Columbia and Baltimore. So, I'll definitely be ordering from them again....Hopefully on a sunny day 😆

I love Jason's Deli and very much miss the location nearer to me in Timonium. I happened to be in Columbia and stopped on for lunch. I learned this is the last location in Maryland and the other closest locations are quite far now. The service was great, quick and friendly. The Zucchini Pasta was good but needed more seasoning or something, it was pretty bland. It was great to get the ice cream but the chocolate was broken, boo... I hope to get back to Columbia soon.
Ordered a turkey club through DoorDash today I order the same menu item from this place once a week I have never complained about the food's taste and flavors because I respect every food business But I can't get over the food quality My turkey club was made with leftover turkey meat Not a single piece of meat was sliced; it was all crumbs and shredded meat I didn't order a turkey salad sandwich It doesn't matter how much you charge for this menu item; you can't use chunks of crumbs to make a sandwich This is unacceptable

Just drove all the way from Pasadena to get Jason’s deli. They forgot my cookie so I had to turn around once then I get home to see they forgot half of my panini. This is ridiculous. Horrible service.

I will always patronize Jason’s Deli! JT always gives excellent customer service. From the greeting to the delivery, JT is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and respectful. To top that off, the salad bar is divine! Great selections, always topped off, and clean! The staff is always helpful and prompt. I give them an A and JT gets an A+ Thank you for an always pleasant experience! I had to edit my review because I went to Jason’s Deli again yesterday 4/5/25 and was greeted by Assiatou. How friendly, professional and caring! I had a special request for my meal. Assiatou and Brittany made it happen seamlessly and quickly! Both get an A+! Always a great experience! Thank you kindly!

I don't know who the hell decided Pineapples and nuts go in a chicken salad wrap, but they need to be off the sandwich design team immediately. My anger is misplaced. I should've read what was in the Chicken salad more.
