The grill cook wasn't paying attention! Didn't cutt my sub! And I watched him give someone else's sub away.

App order supposed to be ready at 7:02 after ordering around 6:45. Walk in 7:05 not ready. Come back 7:15 still not ready. Come to find out they’re taking care of walk ins first so despite me ordering 30 mins ago I’m sitting there watching them waiting on orders for the 2 people in line who can’t seem to decide. Didn’t get my food until 7:25. Literally 40 mins after app order. Never again.

I am lactose intolerant and specifically did NOT include cheese on my sub. I get a sub and it has cheese of course after I have taken bites and noticed. Whoever is making online subs needs to check out the instructions carefully, especially when ppl are paying $20 for a sub.

We’ve only been here a few times, but the food quality has been perfect every time. Once, they forgot a sandwich, but immediately made it right and had it ready when I returned. Great service and food.

I just went to the Jersey Mikes at 6630 Marie Curie Drive, Columbia, MD 21076. My day was bad but within five minutes of entering this place the workers were nice helpful and really brightened my day. The highlight of a dreary day. They were knowledgeable on the food and selection suggested things this made for one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time. They have a customer for life.

Ordered an Italian with some modifications, picked up order and opened the sandwich. Plain Italian with none of the modifications I wanted like mayo, pepper relish, and the Parmasean bread.

I am from NYS and here dog sitting. My Philly cheesesteak was delicious, bread fresh and loaded. I'll be back

Over all so bad. The thing that I most hated was the lettuce in the sub. It was disgusting, it doesn’t even taste like lettuce, I would definitely not recommend coming here. There tons of better options out there!!!

Three times in a row ordered extra meat and got regular amount of meat in the sandwich. That’s about $8 wasted. After the first one I emailed JM through the app and never heard anything. The last time not only did they not have extra meat, they also didn’t put any oil/vinegar/spices and it was VERY bland and borderline inedible. This is unacceptable and I will not return.
